(1 Week MINIMUM Rental Time) Save a LOT of money by renting CLOSE to NYC, but not in Manhattan! Although this wonderful gem of an apartment is not IN New York City it is very close by and available at a FRACTION of what others are charging. There are frequent buses that run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The bus costs just $2 each way (some NJ Transit buses cost $2.35) and drops you right at Port Authority, a block from Times Square.

This property can be rented by NO MORE than 4 people total. Any combination of adults and kids must be 4 or less. It is too small for any more than that!

This property is located in the basement of an 8 unit, 5 story building on 66th Street, in West New York, NJ 07093. It is just off of Boulevard East.

The apartment itself is in the basement and is EXTREMELY secure. You also have a very nice garden just steps from the front door that is available for your use. A nice place to sit after running around in NYC all day! Inside the condo you will find two small rooms for sleeping. One with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed. Big enough for two couples if you wish. The bathroom has a shower, but no bath. Very functional. The kitchen is not useable so you'll have to eat your meals out, but, who wants to eat at home in NYC? The neighbors above can get a bit noisy (they have small children who like to run around), but this is EASILY remedied with a call to the local authorities who will go over and ask them to quiet down. Linens are NOT provided but there is a great laundromat up the block that is either self or full service. Drop your clothes off in the morning by 10AM and have them by 6PM or so. VERY reasonable prices - $.60/lb approximately. The buses that take you into the city run VERY often, so you never have to wait TOO long to get in or out of Manhattan!

You have the BEST view of New York City that there is just 1/5th of a block from this unit. You also have a beautiful place to walk in the evenings as you take in the city view. Close by is a place called the Green Kitchen which has excellent food, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
