This was our 2nd time staying here and we plan to keep coming back. My family does an annual tahoe trip every year and we've tried a different cabin each winter. After finding this place, we've decided to stick with it. The location is just minutes from heavenly. The property is beautiful inside and out. There is a huge back yard for the kids to play in the snow. The kitchen is humongous and is perfect for cooking up our big family dinners. Modern appliances, great amenities (love the keurig coffee maker), really nice fixtures thoughout the house, nice bathrooms, and LOTS of space for everyone. Owners Nicole and Gary are great and very accomodating. This is definitely one of the nicest cabins with the best value that we've stayed at. The only thing I think this house could use is a jacuzzi and a gas bbq grill. If I could only own a cabin like this!!

This house is great for a Tahoe vacation! It's very large and spacious (two full master bedrooms) for two families. The home is in a great location - you can bypass a lot of the Hwy 50 "Y" traffic, and it's only a few minutes to either the slopes (Heavenly) or the casinos. The kitchen is brand new and fully stocked, so you can save $$ and eat in during your trip. The great room has a huge plasma TV and sound system, for watching movies or listening to music, and they have Wifi (in case you can't "unplug"). All in all, we had a great time during our week at the house!

I have stayed here in both winter and summer, and I loved it in both seasons. It is a beautiful home, and great for larger groups or just a couple of friends and family. The kitchen is very large and makes for a wonderful place for a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes or fantastic meal to finish off your day and unwind (not bad for just spending a cozy day inside either). Bedrooms are all very nice, a couple of them have jacuzzi bathtubs (there were even bunk bed for kids). The pool table and large flatscreen TV were a nice bonus. I also liked that it was really convenient to everything, casinos, restaurants, slopes and hiking trails. I really enjoyed it up here and would stay there again. Perfect for a long weekend or a vacation!

I find this cabin to be an ideal place to stay while in Tahoe. It is great for large groups or families, only a few minutes from the casinos and Heavenly. I love the fact that it is off Pioneer trail and in the quieter areas of South Lake, away from heavy traffic and making it a quick in and out on busy weekends. The place is large enough that even with a group as large as my family we can spread out; the kids played pool and ping-pong downstairs and the kitchen/family room is huge, making it a wonderful place to hang out and socialize. For the next vacation, I will definitely be seeing if it is available.

My close friends and I had a wonderful time at this place on a recent trip to Tahoe. I highly recommend it - fantastic access to Heavenly (very short drive) but also easy to drive to other Tahoe resorts. The home was warm, cozy, bright, and beautiful. Open kitchen, dining room and living room allows for warm, inclusive atmosphere. Great for group gatherings or a quick weekend away.

The cabin's best feature is the open kitchen/dining/living room area -- it's a great layout for large groups to socialize, play games, watch movies, enjoy meals, etc. I've rented this cabin a few times now and have brought groups of 8-12ppl, and there's plenty of space.

This cabin was perfect for our week- long Christmas vacation. The upstairs is huge and great for cooking family meals while the kids can play or watch movies on the huge flat screen. It's a very short distance to Heavenly, the casinos and shopping! After a full day of skiing we enjoyed coming back to the cabin and relaxing with some wine in front of the fireplace. The kids loved sledding on the side of the house, building snowmen and making snow angels in the large yard. We enjoyed our stay so much that my husband and I returned with some of our friends a few months later! We can't wait for our next trip this summer....

I can't say a anything bad about this place. The house is huge! Our family has stayed here a few times and will be back again this summer and next winter. The location is awesome - 5 min to the CALI side of Heavenly and 10min to the casinos. The house is a perfect combination of contemporary quality and tahoe cabin charm. The house is always well maintained and clean. The top level is a huge open room that is perfect for a large group/family to gather, cook, eat, and relax while watching the big screen tv or reading a book next to the fireplace. The yard is also great for the kids to play in - ours were sledding down the side of the house this winter and had a blast. I would definately recommend this place to all our friends.

Thanks for the great hospitality! The house was amazing! Our little girls had the time of their lives at Reagan's beach, and the Best of the West Rib Cook-Off in Reno and hiking around the meadow! We are already planning our trip next year!
