We welcome you to this spacious serene home away from home. The quiet inside location condo is just steps from the fabulous Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course. There are unobstructed beautiful views of the golf course, mountains, lake, and magnificent sunsets.
Views, views, views from our Lanai, Living Room, Dining and Master Bedroom. It’s a great place for star gazing with cool breezes and the Aloha spirit. The trade winds keep the temperature moderate year round 68-83 F.
The kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated & upgraded with granite counter tops, maple cabinets, tile floor and more. The interior is tastefully furnished. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, fine linens, closet, bathroom and private full bathroom. The guest bedroom has two full sized beds and a full bath. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils, dishes, cookware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, and more.
Our guests receive discounted rates for golf and is the best value on the Island. There are other great courses nearby. Tennis courts are available at no charge and the Olympic size swimming pool is located next to the golf pro shop.
The Village Shopping Center is only a block away. The newly remodeled supermarket has excellent choices such as a sushi bar, daily fresh fish, meat, bakery and more. There is also a gas station, restaurants, medical office, pharmacy, bank, post office, beauty salon, retail shops, video store, snorkel rentals, and more. Stores such as Costco, Safeway, Walmart, and Ross are only 30 minutes away in Kailua-Kona which also has many quaint shops for tourists. You can also go see a movie or have dinner overlooking the water. While you are there, don’t forget to stop by the farmers market with its fresh tropical fruits, Kona coffee, vegetables, clothing, and souvenirs at great prices.
Our complex is conveniently located 10 to 15 minutes from the best white sand beaches and luxurious five-star resorts including the Waikoloa Hilton (where you can find "swim with the dolphins")the famous Mauna Kea, Hapuna Prince and Mauna Lani resorts.
