This 2800 square foot Luxury mountain home has year round mountain views, close to hiking, fishing, swimming, tennis, golf, racquetball, fitness center, play ground and grocery store. Originally purchased as a private home in 2006, is now being offered for rent with all custom furnishings, large picture windows, extra large screened porch with wood burning fireplace and outside dining for 8, plus deck with your choice of gas or charcoal grills.

Kitchen is fully stocked including: Dishwasher, Trash compactor, stainless cookware, bakeware, spices, glassware, trash bags, stove/oven, large refrigerator/ freezer/ ice-maker, and washer/dryer. Main dining area seats 8 with Master on Main. Upstairs, there is a queen bedroom with sitting area + bathroom, room with two single beds, plus a single window bed loft/office desk w/printer. Bottom floor bunk-room (4), Queen Room, plus bathroom. Theater Room has pit group that can sleep (2). DVDs, Dish Network, HBO, Movies, Video & Board Games, WiFi DSL, & Full Computer, printer, phone included. All bathrooms come complete with tissue, soap, shampoo, conditioner,and hair dryers.

ENTERTAINMENT AT MOUNTAIN VISTA:
This Luxury Home offers Dish Network Satellite Television Service with Top 200 Channels: 40' HDTV in the media/game room which includes DVD Player, surround sound, and HBO. 40' LCD TV Located on Main Level Den with DVD/VCR/DISH/HBO. 27' TV Located in Master Suite w/ DVD/DISH/HBO. 12' TV in Kids play room is available for video games. A DVD/VCR Movie Collection is provided for viewing with both children and older themes, including New Releases. The game table is a professional 6N1 table, which includes Monopoly, Scrabble, Backgammon, Chess, Checkers and Yatzhee board games. Additional collection of Board games, jigsaw puzzles, and paperback books are also available.

FIREPLACES AT MOUNTAIN VISTA:
(2) Wood burning fireplaces provide the ambience you come to expect from this type of home, one located in Den, and the other out on the large screened-in porch. Firewood and starter bricks are provided for use in both fireplaces.

  • 30th Wedding Anniversary Family Celebration We had a joyous time of family fun, games and special moments. This trip had two purposes, Thanksgiving and a milestone anniversary, which was enjoyed by laughing, eating and sleeping. I would recommend to anyone that comes to Big Canoe to visit the North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall which had more stores and discounts than we could have imaged!!   • Thank you, thank you, thank you! We all had a wonderful time! The location of the two houses was perfect for the cousins to bounce back and forth and easy for everyone to get together. Your house is beautiful and accommodated us well. We enjoyed the new country club restaurant (as per your recommendation) for dinner to celebrate my parents' 50th- the food, service and private dining room was excellent. As my parents own the time share and visit every year, we hope to make this a regular traditional reunion. If you have any pull as to additional suggestions for facilities.   • If there is anyone out there planning a family reunion STOP you have found the place!!!!!! We rented mountain vista, eagles nest and treehouse lodge for our reunion and Kevin from mountain vista was the bomb. The homes are all beautiful, the staff at big canoe was outstanding, the property was breath taking,and I must also comment on Fireside restaurant as well. Take it from experience this is the only place for a vacation. Single family,2 families or the entire family. Kevin I must say thank you for everything!!!! Oh yea I do not want to forget the towels that we made for everyone to take as a memory. (Again Kevin mountain vista rental)If I can help answer anyone's questions I will. This is the only place to go and the price is great as well. Call before it is to late!! Book for next year you will have no regrets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. It was the perfect set up for us, my sister and husband, plus 4 children in the bunk room. The porch was one of our favorite places to be, and especially loved having a fire at night out there. Being able to roast marshmallows in July was the best.   • Thank you for a great getaway that was so needed by all of the 12 Tennis moms in our group! It was really convenient to the Tennis Courts, fully stocked for all the meals and just a perfect weekend. The house is beautifully decorated on the inside and the view was amazing. What a wonderful home away from home. We will be back in the Spring.
