We had a the most wonderful vacation in a beautiful, well appointed and delightfully comfortable home that contained every modern convenience! We walked to the beautiful beach daily, (it was never crowded) The marina was a hop, skip and a jump and the local restaurants were great! We look forward to a return.

"When you arrive somewhere new it is always a relief to find it matches the description the owner has given - in this case our expectations were surpassed in every way. The house was clean, really well-maintained and extremely comfortable. We particularly appreciated the feeling or space, light and air in the house. We have 4 young children and we like to spread out a bit! The porch was an added bonus for al fresco dining and our children enjoyed playing in the garden every day. We have stayed in the Millway area before and we always enjoy the peace and beauty. The walk to the beach from the house was a daily pleasure (thanks also to the fine weather). We like swimming in the sea, watching the seabirds and the boats, looking for hermit and horseshoe crabs and just generally relaxing. Osterville Fish Too is a great place for a seafood lunch, just a short walk away from the house. When we weren't on the beach, we found that there was plenty to do in Hyannis, Sandwich and other places within a very short drive. The only problem this time was that when we kept finding new things to do and new places to go, we didn't have time to fit everything in. On one slightly dull morning we enjoyed a walk to Barnstable village where our young sons had haircuts. I really can't think of anything we didn't like and would thoroughly recommend the house. Alynn at Marie Souza Associates who dealt with the booking was fantastic, she kept in touch with us ahead of our trip and made lots of suggestions about what to do. We love Cape Cod and would definitely return to this house. What more can I say - highly recommended!
