Many conventional amenities! BaJa Breeze is conveniently located two blocks from the ocean and one block from the bay. It is a comfortable walk with pedestrian walkway to the beach. Master suite has a king bed with a private full bath and private balcony that overlooks the ocean and bay. Second bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the pool. Third bedroom has a single over double bunkbed overlooking the bay and the fourth bedroom is ground level with a queen bed and private bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and wall mounted flat screen televisions. All bathrooms have hair dryers mounted on the walls.
BaJa Breeze is an end unit of four attached townhomes with an in ground swimming pool that is shared among the five townhomes in South Island Villas. The living room and master bedroom also have a private balcony. The attached two car garage is perfect for keeping your vehicle out of the weather. Fishing is permitted at the end of the street (one block away)!
Golfer's Alert! There are almost 20 championship courses in the area, including Links at Lighthouse Sound, River Run, Eagle's Landing and Bear Trap Dunes.
For the Kids, OC features camps for Boogie Board, Skateboard, Lacrosse, Golf, Soccer, Chearleading, Dance and more. Please contact the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce for info.
For Nature Lovers, Assateague Island is just minutes from O.C. This natural barrier island with magnificent marshlands is home to Assateague Island National Seashore and its famous wild ponies wandering the trails and beaches.

Year Purchased: 2007
Our family decided to purchase a home in Ocean City, Maryland because we love Ocean City! My husband and I grew up visiting Ocean City during the summer and we wanted to share our love of Ocean City with our children. This picture was taken at the inlet where the bay meets the ocean and as you can see, there is always a splendid breeze. Ocean City is a clean and safe place for families to visit with guarded beaches.
Why the Owner Chose South Island Villas
BaJa Breeze is an easy two block walk to the beach and boardwalk. You are in walking distance to many restaurants,night clubs, arcades, shops, putt putt golf and many other fun activities. From the balcanies, you can see the ocean and the bay but since we are two blocks off the boardwalk, you do not hear all of the people on the boardwalk. We hope you will visit Baja Breeze and share our joy of Ocean City, Maryland.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
We have a pool that is shared between the 5 townhomes at South Island Villas and it is a perfect place to relax in the evening while grilling on the B-B-Q charcoal grill. We have lounge chairs for you to relax by the pool and chairs are also on both of the balcanies.
