  We spent 9 weeks at this rental duplex. We thoroughly enjoyed the facility with its beautifully equipped kitchen, laundry area, well-maintained and heated pool, and a very welcoming Tiki hut. The outdoor areas were also very well maintained. The owners were very responsive to any of our needs. Problems with the clothes dryer and television set were immediately rectified. The owners were very helpful in offering suggestions for enjoying the local dining and fishing opportunities. The canal at the back of the property provided Gulf and ocean access for those with boats and provided endless fishing opportunities for those of us without a boats. A gas grill, shared with the other residents, sometimes evolved into shared meals, a plus for those looking for a more interactive environment. We are returning to the unit in January of 2013!

  Took my family (total of 6 kids - ages 5-20) to Duck key for the first time. Took our boat. Wow, what an awesome place. Perfect for our family with the pool, tiki hut and excellent accomodations. Excellent location for fishing (just 5 miles out), tubing (200 yards away), and excellent snorking (7 or 12 miles). Kids caught fish right outside the house in canal. Basically, went fishing in the morning, tubing or snorking around noon, hit the pool and hung out until more fishing at night. Excellent accomodations and locations. I highly recommend. We will be back. Wife loves the canals and arches bridges. It reminder her or Venic

  This is the perfect place for a vacation. It is in a great location center to the Keys with much to do right there or within an hours drive max there is a ton to do. The place is in fantastic shape. Just perfect inside and out. The owner was available to answer any questions we had. We just love it and look forward to returning every year. I can't think of anyone who would not love the rental.

  This is our Fifth season at Nick's Place.It is truly a home away from home,except in Paradise.We love that Coffins Patch and Sombrero Reef are just a short boat ride for some of the best snorkeling/diving in the keys.This year we dove the Thunderbolt as a Family(priceless memory).If the weather Keeps you off the water Key West is only a short drive,with numerous beaches to explore along the way.Can't wait until next year.

  We stayed here the month of January and it was fantastic. Neat, clean, spacious and most of all very relaxing. Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of places to walk and explore. Walk to Hawks Kay and swim with the dolphins, catch a fishing charter or rent a paddle board it's all there. Twenty minutes one way you are in Marathon, twenty minutes the other way you are in Islamorada. This place is a jewel.

  My boyfriend and I stayed here in Feb 2012. It's even better than the pictures. Clean, beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful location on the canal. We rented a boat and docked it at the canal. The water in the canal is a beautiful color. We also rented bikes - Duck key is a great place to explore this way. There's manatees in the canal!! We saw some very exotic fish/birds/critters. We would definitely recommend this place.

  We stayed at this house in late June and the view and location are awesome. Just down the road from Hawks Cay and right on the canal. The house was very clean and the decor was nice. The pool and outside Tiki bar are great to have after a day of fishing. Large area for docking boats and cleaning fish. The current runs strong in the canal when the tide is going in/out so be careful. The kayak provided is nice to have to tour the island. Very quiet neighborhood with security guards parked right down the road. When you leave in the boat to head out it is about a 10-15 minute no wake ride out to the main channel. Beautiful view on the way in and out so be prepared. You share a pool with the other side of the house so you get to know your neighbors quite well. The ice machine is huge and puts out tons of ice. At the dock you can catch Mangrove Snapper, Tarpon, etc. Excellent vacation rental!!!
