Beautiful interior designed upper level (2nd floor of 2) condo with cathedral ceilings, palm ceiling fan, 42" Samsung flat screen wall mounted cable TV, DVD, wireless internet and other luxuries. Master bedroom has a pillow top king size bed, large 2 basin washroom with oversized walk in shower, and separate WC. Large walk in closet. A second flat screen cable TV in master bedroom. Long distance U.S telephone included in Jan - April season. This is not your average rental - much attention to detail and many upgrades make it a beautiful place to stay.
Falling Waters is a quiet gated community,with beautiful flowers, plants and water features, - and you are not overlooked on the lanai, which looks out to a water feature and tree preserve beyond West facing so you can enjoy the beautiful Naples sunsets. The kitchen is east facing so is nice and bright in the mornings
There are two bicycles,tennis racquets and beach chairs in the garage for your enjoyment. Quieter activites take place in the clubhouse - organized events, card games etc and a small library. I have also provided some books and DVDs in the condo for quiet nights in during your vacation. Other activities include bocce ball and water aerobics in the pool.
Condo newly completed in November 06, so everything is still as new and lovely, including quality sheets, linen, towels etc. 2 large comfortable sofas (one could sleep a child on it). Just one road (4 and a half miles)to the wonderful shops and restaurants of 5th Ave and the Gulf coast beaches. Naples has it all - symphony, theatre, boating, fishing, loads of golf courses and the arts. A Dream vacation home. Many restaurants within half a mile of the resort, (including Aldo's which has just been voted Best Pizza in Naples!)
Although I ask for a deposit, I have never kept any part of it back from my guests - I think if a place is lovely when you go in, you keep it lovely for when you leave!

Why the Owner Chose Falling Waters
I thought, and still think that Falling Waters is such a pretty and well maintained community development and it has one of the largest pools in SW Florida.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
My condo was one of the last ones to be built. These are larger than the previous condos in the community and as I am on the upper floor of two, mine also has high ceilings which gives it a very spacious feeling. You are not overlooked - the view from the lanai is of a water feature and a tree preserve beyond. You are just a short drive from all Naples has to offer - just Davis Blvd - so you cannot get lost!

It was on one of my travels that I fell in love with Naples and purchased two condos, which I furnished just as I would like to live - and I hope you do too! A luxury home from home.
