Kailua Bay Resort is in the ideal location. It's quiet, yet at the same time it is centrally located so you don't need a car, all the activities are just steps away. If you want to go out and have cocktails, you don't have to worry about driving, just walk home. The pier and the beach are a short walk, as well as the grocery store and even the post office is right there.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Nice ocean view from the lanai, as well as a very roomy condo with open beam ceilings. You don't feel like you are trapped in a small space in this condo. There is also a pool, hot tub, and bar-b-que area in the complex.
Kailua Pier is the location for the annual Ironman race. The condo is just steps away from all of the action.
