Just completed in May 2007, this newly built oceanfront home "Kinnakeet Retreat" offers 4000 square feet in the latest resort design and furnishings. Under house entry and parking leads you to the first level with a furnished game room with pool table, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator, foosball table, cabana bath and your own personal theatre room with surround sound.

The game room opens up to the outdoor enclosed pool and deck area. Level 2 consists of master bedrooms and a bonus room where you can get away and watch your own movie on the flat screen TV or quiet time. All the master bedrooms on the second level have their own balcony.

The top floor contains the awesome view of the waves rolling in, ample decking with extra chairs, chaises and tables for lounging or eating outside. The gas grill is on this level as well. The great room has a beautifully decorated hearth with gas fireplace, bookshelves and cabinets with books and games. The kitchen has great views, ample countertops to create those delicious meals with your family. It is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for your loved ones.

This top level also contains the Grand Master bedroom with the Grand Master Bathroom with an extra large shower with 2 shower heads. The dining area has seating for 12, and the breakfast bar seating for 4. This great room has cathedral ceilings and a very comfortable living room area. From the living room area you can get away to the loft, which has its own desk with seating and a large comfy chair and ottoman and a view that you wish you could take home!

The hot tub is on the top level ocean side balcony, enjoy the view from the hot tub as well. You will definitely enjoy this upscale and lovingly decorated oceanfront home.
