Harbor Island is a 1700-acre island about 15 miles east of Beaufort, South Carolina directly on the Atlantic Ocean. It is a private gated community with over 2 miles of private beaches. You have access to the Harbor Island Beach & Tennis Club which has an oversized pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness center, weight room, playground, volleyball court, snack bar, and basketball area. There is also a full service Day Spa available on the island.
The home, at the end of a cul-de-sac, has a panoramic view in the rear of the marshes which are teeming with wildlife and the Harbor River. The rear deck is a great place to enjoy the most fantastic sunsets you will ever see.
The island is not crowded and a great place for families. There are several golf courses nearby as well as Hunting Island State Park.
