Beautifully furnished white water view beach front four bedroom home on a private beach in an exclusive gate guarded community. The living, dining and kitchen area have sliding doors opening up to the beach front patio. This home also has a courtyard with a Weber gas barbeque grill. Upstairs is a great room with a view up and down the coast from the Dana Point harbor to the San Clemente pier and well beyond seal rock. The two bedrooms downstairs offer a queen bed in one room with two bunk beds in the other room. Each bunk bed offers a full size bed on the bottom with a twin on the top. In addition, the two bedrooms upstairs each offer a queen size bed. There is also an air hockey table, stick hockey game, and ping pong table in the garage with black lights.
Beach Road is located between the San Clemente Pier and the Dana Point Harbor in a one of a kind Southern California Beach Front Community with views and privacy unparalleled in Southern California. The homes allow you to step out on to your own private beach with additional miles of public beach for daily activities and exercise. Our rental is very centrally located to all major airports, shopping, theme parks, wineries, and fine restaurants.
Dining in the surrounding area consists of a famous Mexican restaurant, an Italian restaurant and Sushi within walking distance. We also have waterfront dining on the San Clemente Pier or in the Dana Point Harbor. There are many more upscale restaurants in the vicinity due to the proximity of the nearby Luxury Hotels inclusive of The Ritz Carlton, The St. Regis and The Montage Resort.
Shopping in the area has everything from the Shops at Mission Viejo to South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island. They all offer valet parking and more items than you can possibly imagine.

My most recent vacation adventure brought me to beautiful Capistrano Beach in Southern California’s Orange County. When I stepped out onto the vacation home’s very private beach to soak up the sun, I discovered the delightful sand under my paws.
My human friends cooked up a fabulous dinner in the fully equipped kitchen while I sat out on the upper deck to watch the sunset. As the sun sank into the ocean, my companions built a bonfire on our private beach. We roasted marshmallows and counted the stars under the bright moonlit sky.
There were two large bedrooms on the lower level of this home offering plenty of accommodations for my whole clan (the house sleeps 12!). The garage had surf toys, including games to keep everyone in my party occupied. We played air hockey, foosball and ping pong!
In addition to the two downstairs bedrooms, the upstairs of this beach house featured a large room for relaxing, fixing a snack, playing games, watching TV, or just listening to the sound of the surf only a stones throw away. This room was absolutely fantastic!
Each morning we enjoyed our freshly brewed coffee out on the sand, as we made our plans for the day. There were so many local activities within a short drive - the only question was… what aren’t we going to do?
Ideally located between Dana Point Harbor and beautiful San Clemente, the home was convenient to movie theaters, shopping, and wine tasting. Just 10 minutes north, we visited The Historic Mission and quaint town of San Juan Capistrano where the “famous “ swallows return each year!
