Beautiful true ski in/ski out townhouse! Well furnished, clean, easy access to the ski locker which had plenty of storage and the owner made sure we had all the information we needed to check in, park & access ski locker. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends/family.

Amazing condo!!!

We recently stayed in Richard and Sharon's condo and it couldn't have been better!! The condo is exactly as described. It was a perfect fit for our family!! We were in town for a medical conference, and their condo was perfect for the meetings and skiing!! We will definitely be planning a return trip to Beaver Creek and will be looking to stay here again!!! Richard was fabulous with great tips and ideas on where the locals go. We highly recommend staying here as long as your plans don't coincide with ours!!!! Lol!! You will certainly enjoy this amazing condo!!!

Loved Richard and Sharon's condo! Great location, beautifully decorated, very spacious and with indoor parking! Definitely will book it again if it is available! Skiing this area is great because it is not crowded and there aren't very many snowboarders. Richard made great suggestions about activities and places to eat. Overall, a most enjoyable vacation! My family and I thoroughly loved our stay at the Cottrell's condo. It was very well appointed with luxurious linens and upscale appliances. The furnishings were very comfortable and spacious. The condo has great closets and heavenly mattresses. The photos of the townhome are very representative, however, I was surprised at the size of the place. It is larger than it looks in the photos. The private elevator from the garage parking space to the unit's backdoor was great. Everything was easy from check-in to checkout. One of the greatest attributes was the ease and accessiblity to the ski lift and ski lockers. Everything was steps away. The owner was availiable for questions when neccesarry. We would definitely stay here again. Our favorite restaurants in the Beaver Creek area were Splendido at the Chateau, Vin 48, and Zach's Cabin. The Ritz Carlton is an easy ski run away from the townhome and exquisite. We had an amazing Trip!!! Thank you Richard and Sharon!

My family and I have been coming to BC for many years now and have never found a town home we wanted to return to until now. We had the most pleasant stay at this location. The town home was clean, well equipped and spacious. Richard had everything set-up and ready to go making our arrival smooth. The shuttle service allowed us to get to and from the village with ease. I would highly recommend this home. We hope to get back soon!

Exceptional Townhouse in Arrowhead

Wow! We were so pleased with our recent stay in Arrowhead! The cozy, well-appointed/furnished townhouse lacked for nothing! Well-stocked is an understatement. Convenience to pool/hot-tub, ski locker and lift. The monogrammed towels also added an elegant touch. The owners were amiable and friendly and pleasure with whom to work! Enjoyed the small shopping area of Eagle. Nice market and wine store, movie theatre and The Gashouse restaurant is a must! We have been to Arrowhead and Beavercreek several time, and this was by far the nicest place we have stayed!

This LOVELY townhome was perfect in every way! Our group included 4 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax when we weren't on the slopes. Had 3 additional family members who live in the area visit us for dinner a few times and we had more than enough room to eat dinner together and enjoy the evening. Loved the location! Quick walk to ski locker room and right out to gondola. The convenience spoiled us! The furnishings are beautiful, the beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is very well appointed. Convenient underground parking space as well and the Beaver Creek shuttle stop is just a short walk from the front door. The description and photos can't do it justice. Perfect mountain townhome!

Thank you Richard and Sharon for sharing your slice of heaven with us last spring break. We had the time of our life teaching all four of our kids to ski. They are spoiled at a young age to staying in the best of the best. The house was beautiful, not a detail left undone. The rooms were so comfortable and cozy. The location was fantastic and use of the locker made it even easier. You were great hosts and we would definitely like to return someday!

We had friends stay here and were very excited after several years when their plans meant they couldn't rent for spring break and we jumped on the opportunity. We had a great trip. The home is exceptional and the convenience even better.

Our family has stayed at this lovely home for several years. The ski area so convenient and easily accessible. This townhouse is impeccable and has a wonderfully stocked kitchen. The owner communicates well with the renters and takes care of any issues that may arise. We highly recommend this townhouse!

Steps from the lift, this property was perfect for my family needs. Young kids or Teenagers - Arrowhead provides all mountain access and this unit was perfect for post ski dinners or mid day brunches.

WE LOVED STAYING IN ARROWHEAD and YOUR CONDO made the stay absolutely "over the top!" The condo was perfectly appointed with everything you could possibly need - it truly felt like a home away from home. It's even better than the pictures show and exactly what we think a Colorado Mountain property should be --comfortable,cozy and inviting; yet refined and elegant. Admittedly, I am very difficult to please when it comes to accommodations for my family, but your property IS everything you stated and more. LOVED the well-appointed kitchen and the steam shower was awesome after a hard day of skiing! We were not ready to leave when Friday arrived -- it was one of our most memorable vacations....thank you very much for such a lovely place to stay. the Kahlert Family, Suwanee, GA

Thank you so much for sharing such a lovely place. It is a wonderful location and the skiing was fabulous - lots of snow. Our family was very comfortable here. We went to Bachelor Gulch and had a drink with “Bachelor” the resident dog at the Ritz - what an added touch. We had a wonderful week of skiing, shopping and fireworks on Thursday.

Thank you so much foe opening your home having us enjoy one of the nicest places we have stayed at. We came wit the whole family (22) and stayed at different locations in Arrowhead. Not much snow at the beginning of the week, but skied 8" of powder yesterday. Had a wonderful time and it’s hard to believe thw eek is gone and time to catch the plane home today.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Cottrell's townhouse. The unit is beautifully decorated, extremely well appointed and very comfortable. The lifts are a short walk and the heated pool and hot tub are even closer. We all hope to rent this unit again.

We have enjoyed our stay at your Arrowhead home. Your hospitality has been realized even without you being here. Our just turned 3 yr. Old granddaughter had her first ski lessons. She felt right at home and lover her new bedroom and bath. She does miss her mother and brother so we will be leaving after all. It really has made for a wonderful family vacation.

Arrowhead Village Townhome Unit H-1 is beautifully decorated throughout. From the upscale decor and furniture, to the entertainment and surround sound equipment, to the Stearns and Fosters mattresses, everything is first class. My family and I have stayed in this unit numerous times and we have been extremely happy with it. Great location that is close to the Arrowhead ski lift, swimming pool, and playground. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to have a memorable vacation in the Vail Valley/Beaver Creek area year round.
