This Deluxe Ocean View condo is the perfect place for a family vacation, honeymoon, anniversary, or anytime!!
Located right in the heart of Waikiki, and within walking distance of many attractions including iconic Waikiki Beach which is just steps away.
Our condo is warm and welcoming and once you arrive you will never want to leave,
as our condo has all the comforts of home, is superbly maintained, and includes many extras at no additional cost.
For your comfort we have a luxurious king size bed, a queen size sofa bed unlike any standard sleeper because it has been upgraded with a deluxe "Air Dream" mattress for ultimate comfort,a twin air bed, and a pack n play porta crib for the little ones.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials necessary for family dining or an intimate dinner for two.
For your entertainment we provide cable TV (in the living room as well as the bedroom), DVD/CD player, and an ample supply of DVD's.
The Waikiki Banyan is an amazing resort featuring a recreation deck which includes a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts.
There is also a children's playground, putting green, snack bar, as well as Barbecues and tables for outside dining.
For your further enjoyment we provide boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels; all of which are located within the unit, so there is no need to worry about a lack of fun or supply.
There is a convenience store at the lobby entrance, the Banyan Breeze Coffe Shop, and a laundry room on every floor.
The bus is convient, with a stop right out front, however you can walk to everything Waikiki has to offer including shopping at the International Market Place, a visit to nearby Honolulu Zoo, Ali Wai Golf Course, Kapiolani Park, or dining out at one of the numerous nearby restaurants, plus many more activities and attractions.
As an added bonus Internet and Parking are included Free of charge, as well as long distance calls within the U.S and Canada!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation rental. The view from the lanai (balcony for you mainlanders) was amazing. the location is within walking distance of everything you would want to see in waikiki. The Waikiki Banyan has a convenience store and a coffee shop down in the lobby for all of your needs. Julie has constructed a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like a home and not just another hotel room.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This place is awesome! Just as advertised and so much more than expected! I stay at many owner rental vacation homes (2-4xs per year). My husband and I stayed with our 2 children on Nov26-Nov29. Julie has set up a great vacation for a family or couple. Very helpful & professional & service oriented. I definitely felt like a welcomed guest in her home. It was very clean and comfortable. The extras with the beach essentials, extra towels & linens & kitchen needs made it a truly enjoyable time. The condo is a VERY close walk to Waikiki beaches & shopping. The layout is so nice---especially with the ocean views from the lanai, I cannot recommend this very well maintained and modern rental enough. If I I am ever so fortunate to return to this beautiful island, I would stay here again without a second thought! Mahola Julie- you have given my family a great vacation memory!

We were very happy with the property which was exactly as it was depicted on the website. The property was well equiped and appointed with every modern convenience to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We felt very much at home in the unit. compared to other units in the building this one was better then some of the others we saw that our friends rented. The decor was quite modern and fresh The location was great being only 200 metres to the beach and very central to everything. We were able to walk to everything and didn't need a car at all. The owner Julie was fantastic. She was very helpful and responsive to all our correspondence which made the booking process very easy. Overall, we would definitely recommend the property to others and would rent it ourselves again. David

We stayed at this beautiful condo in April of this year, 2008. It was wonderful and I appreciated all the help Julie gave to us,even when I emailed her from our holiday! This was a great family condo with lots to offer. It was extremely clean and organized. We'd love to stay here again.
