  The site was clean and very well equipped with all the needs! Being that it was so spacious the family was comfortable! I would definitly recommend this rental to anyone and would rent again in the future! Thank you so much for making our stay pleasant! :)

  We had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was just steps from the bay and restaurants. It's also a very close walk to the ocean as well. It was very clean and well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful in answering questions and even came to greet us to see if we needed anything else. When we had requests, he helped us right away! There were 4 adults and 1 small child on our visit and the place accommodated all of us well (even with room to spare). Everything we needed for the beach was there; chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, sand toys, towels, and a handy cart to easily transport it all to the beach. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place close to the beach and bay.

  This unit was absolutely perfect for our needs! It is a very short walk to the beach, and the rental includes sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, and a convenient beach cart for carrying everything -- all of which greatly enhanced our beach experience! Also, we enjoyed riding the bikes up and down Ocean Front Walk and around the bay. The apartment itself is very spacious. We have 3 kids and there was lots of room for everyone to spread out and have their own personal space. Plus there were 4 TVs in the unit, so no one had to fight over what to watch. Also, the kitchen has lots of utensils, everything we needed to be able to cook our meals. Plus I can't over-emphasize how great it was to be able to do laundry. With 3 kids, we go through a lot of laundry! Mission Beach is such a great location, and so close to Sea World! One night, we went to Sea World after dinner to see the evening shows & fireworks; the other nights, we watched the fireworks from our balcony. There is so much to enjoy in this area. I would definitely stay there again!

  The beach house was just what was described - perfect for our needs. Spacious rooms for the kids - and the balcony view of the fireworks each night was very nice to end the day with. The location to the bay and beach were ideal. We also appreciated how easy it was to book and communicate with the owners - a great stay which I would do again!

  Had a great time at this property, stayed 2 weeks and it had everything we could ever need! The washer and dryer made the vacation so hassle free and the bikes and ocean toys were just what we needed. We cooked in the kitchen for most every meal and had ample utencils and kitchen appliances. The location is perfect, close to the boardwalk and in walking distance of the bay. We would wake up each day with a walk on the beach down to a coffee shop and then a bayside walk back to the house. The restaurants around the house are in walking distance and we only needed to drive when we went to the grocery store. We brought our dog and she just loved the ocean air and the long walks. This place is great!!

  We loved our stay at Island Court! The condo was super clean and very spacious. Our party consisted of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The location was perfect for our family and their friends. The kids loved the freedom to walk 2 blocks to the beach, passing all the sights of Belmont and the street scene along the way. It was safe enough for the two 14 year olds to be off on their own day or night. The two 18 year olds loved the bikes and beach scene. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and 2 bikes for your use. The 3 bedrooms easily accomodated all 6 of us and we didn't even have to use the futon fold out bed in the den. The 2 full bathrooms were terrific for getting everyone showered. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, glasses and eating utensils. We did use the gas grill on the balcony for cooking also. Having a key pad instead of a key made it convenient for each group to come and go as they pleased. No need to worry about carrying or losing the front door key. Each evening we walked the half block to the Bay to watch the nightly 9:50pm fireworks over Sea World. They are visible from the balcony but the 30 second walk to the bayside beach offers better viewing. Having a parking garage was super - no worries about losing your parking space to go see the sights, find a restaurant off the beaten path, or grocery shop at Ralphs. However, we walked everywhere and could easily have not used the car the entire week. The owner has thought of every last detail and was great to deal with. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

  Great Vacation condo! very spacious, has everything you need. Loved not having to rent anything, like bikes,beach chairs etc,and loved not having to bring boogie boards etc. the beach cart is a back saver! Close to everything also. Breakfast at the Wave House was great!

  The apartment at Island Court is a WONDERFUL vacation location! It is a 2 min. walk to the beach and a 30 second walk to the bay. You can see the Sea World fireworks every night over the bay, and spend the day at the beach without having to worry about bringing everything with you, because you can always run back to the house! We really enjoyed the 2nd floor porch and barbeque; it was the perfect place to relax after a day spent having fun at the beach. The rooms and beds were all very comfortable, and having two bathrooms (both with good shower pressure) was extremely convenient. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the big screen TV in the living room was awesome! This apartment will help you have an amazing vacation - it was exactly what we were looking for! :) Thanks!

  Stayed the first week in June and, oh my goodness, what a great time. Arrived to find a selection of snacks on the table (greedy kids immediately snagged Starburst and Peanut M&Ms). Ice was in the freezer and soda in the fridge, as well as two cans of beer (snagged by greedy adults). Amazingly excellent location. OK, parking was extremely tight in the garage and I needed a few minutes each time to pull in and out safely, common in that area). Did I mention great location? Bay is just a few houses away. Beach a block and a half away, as is Belmont Park. Check out Ray's Rentals just down the block for surfboards, wetsuits, skimboards and more. Highly recommended.

  The unit slept 4 adults and 4 children with ease. Because of the excellent location we didn't actually spend that much time in doors. Sea World was literally 3 minutes away, and the San Diego Zoo a short car ride, not to mention the beach was a stones throw away. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean, and the owners were easy to work with. I will stay there again.
