This rental is on beach level at the North end of Del Mar right between the Del Mar Track and the Beach. It's an easy walk to both locations with no stairs or bluffs to climb along the way. You can literally walk from your beach chair on the sand to the fridge in the house in less than 3 min. If you run, 1 min. :)
This remodeled duplex home has 2BR, 1BA and is fully furnished. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a "pull out" sofa bed. The rental comfortably sleeps 4 and can sleep up to 6.
The the unit is very clean and well maintained. The interior decor is tasteful and has an island style look and feel that is warm and inviting.
There is a 47" HDTV in the living room with premium channel Cable service and On Demand movie programming. The is also a 42" HDTV in master bedroom, Free Wireless Internet, Gas BBQ, Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Sand Toys for the kids, Washer and Dryer access.
Weekly housekeeping, including linen service, is included for free for stays in excess of 1 week.

We lived in San Diego for many years, so we kinow the area very well. If you are looking for a perfect little beach house, this is it. The famous Del Mar beach is just a block and a half away. The house is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. The high def TVs get every channel under the sun. The cute little patio is perfect for an outdoor picnic. And best of all, the price is right! We think it's the best value in Del Mar.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

What a wonderful place to stay. We truly loved it. Had everything we needed and more. Close to everything in Del Mar and freeway entrance so we could jaunt to San Diego and PB easily. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. We hope to definatley return soon.
