Set in the exclusive area of Sandy Beach on the azure Sea of Cortez, Las Palomas offers fun and sun in a luxury resort setting. After enjoying a round at the 18-hole links style championship golf course, relax in the fabulous seven-pool courtyard (including lazy river, heated infinity edge pool, toddler pool, heated Jacuzzi, and water slide) or enjoy a long stroll on the beach.

Sandy Beach has one of the largest tide differentials in the world so at low tide there are miles of hard-packed sand for walking or running and a myriad of small coral tide pools to explore. Because it is so protected, the waves are small to moderate making it perfect for children.

Only ten minutes from historic Old Port, purchase fresh shrimp, clams, and other seafood to prepare in our fully equipped kitchen or enjoy a variety of affordable restaurants and shopping in the area. The resort hosts two restaurants and bars (one is a swim-up bar), a fitness center, convenience store, and 24-hour gated security with underground parking.

Only steps from golf, beaches, and pools, our condo has breathtaking views of the beach and the Sea of Cortez from both bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and expansive covered patio. Both bedrooms and the living room have three pane sliding glass doors for enjoying ocean sounds and breezes and patio access. The condo is colorfully decorated with local furnishings using many local Mexican accents.

As described in the amenities section, we offer access to the owners' closet for our VBRO guests. It includes a large assortment of beach and pool toys, inflatable pool loungers, a wide variety of seasonings and other staples for cooking, coffee supplies, sunscreens and lotions, beach chairs, coolers, board games, books, DVDs, kites, X-Box with games, twin inflatable mattresses for patio sleeping or extra guests.

All you need to bring is yourself, your family or friends, your swim and sportswear, and your desire for an ultimate vacation! Well, maybe a cooler for bringing home fresh shrimp!

  • Lanai: The unit has a very large balcony/lanai (about 350 square feet) which is covered and has a table with four chairs and two cushioned deluxe loungers with umbrella.

  • Beachfront: As seen in the pictures Las Palomas is directly on Sandy Beach. This unit the middle of five buildings with direct ocean, beach, and pool views! We are literally steps to any of these!
  • Oceanfront: Just look at the picture for the view taken from our balcony!
