Living/ Dining Room with private oceanfront patio - St. Maarten Vacation Condo As soon as you walk into our exquisitely furnished condo, you know you're on vacation. Be our guest and unwind and relax in this unique condo with over sized living and dining rooms for lounging and entertaining. Enjoy the spectacular, panoramic 180-degrees ocean view over the pristine white sand and crystal-clear sapphire waters of secluded Cupecoy Beach. Watch the cruise ships pass by and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the ocean from your private terrace. From the bedrooms you have a beautiful view over the Simpson Bay lagoon all the way to our neighboring island Anguilla on the horizon. Amenities include 42" LCD TV, wireless broadband internet, printer, phone, central A/C (room controlled), safe deposit box, washer and dryer. Our Master bedroom has a King size bed and walk-in closet, the Master bath a jacuzzi tub. The Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds (can also be made up as a King bed) and a bath with shower. Both bedrooms have TV, DVD, VCR, A/C and access to our private patio overlooking Simpson Bay lagoon all the way to Anguilla. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Check-in: After arrival at the airport you’ll receive your rental car from one of the biggest and most reliable car rental companies on the island. We will meet you there and guide to our property. During your entire stay we are available anytime for questions or problems that might occur. For your convenience we offer complimentary pre-arrival grocery shopping. On-site amenities include the first and only Full-Service Christian Dior® Health Spa which offers a variety of treatments and therapies, 24-hour security, sculptured beach-front pool & children’s pool, indoor 2-lane heated lap pool, Jacuzzi, secured on-site parking, gym with lockers, lighted tennis court, steam room and sauna.
