Pine Cove Cottage is a roomy and bright, immaculate cottage with wonderful furnishings and amenities, complete with new 4' x 16' pool and separate hot tub. The home sleeps 8 with two private bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa and full futon. Plenty of living room seating for the entire family and full dining table for 8. Ideal for golf outings, honeymoons and other romantic getaways, reunions, family vacations, snowmobiling and skiing. Where we once had a shared driveway, the cottage now has its own driveway for private access.
There is plenty of space to park your boat or jet skis; paved area for kids' recreation. 4' x 16' above-ground pool. Quiet self-contained cottage in the Pere Marquette State Forest offering a unique lodging experience so close to beaches, lakes, golf and attractions! Gas grill, hot tub, patio furniture all all located on the front patio, and the above-ground pool is privately located at the rear of the cottage.
Some of the greatest beaches are located within 5-15 minutes of Pine Cove for swimming: Esch Beach on Lake Michigan, Gilbert Park on Long Lake, Davis Lake and many others. Lake Ann is a terrific all sports boating lake and is located only 5 minutes away to use your boat or jet skis for a day's fun; swimming beaches within 3 minutes.
Within ten minutes, you can be golfing on some of the finest courses, and NEW FOR 2008 Crystal Mountain's advertised 1600' alpine slide for the summer. Within 20 minutes, you can be eating at some of the finest restaurants; climbing or exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes Recreational Area, or enjoying many of the fine festivals in the area, including the annual Traverse City Cherry Festival in July. Enjoy the T.C. Beach Bums pioneer league baseball team in beautiful Muerfel Stadium - great fun for the entire family!
The fall colors in this area are spectacular! Snowmobiling on Platte River Trails; Ski at Crystal Mountain nearby or enjoy snowmobiling in the area.

Favorite moments were hot tub under the stars, bonfire, playing games, going for color tour drive.. Very quiet, peaceful; enjoyed some much needed R&R. Cooked out, movie with popcorn, later hot tub. A good way to end the day.

"This cabin offered a much needed getaway. The woods are intoxicating - especially witnessing the new snow. We both fell in love with Pine Cove.
