New, convenient and luxurious. The recently completed Lodges at Bear Hollow Village are at the base of Utah Olympic Park, and just over a mile from the Canyons Ski Resort. The town of Park City and the Park City Ski Resort are just 5 miles up the road and Deer Valley Ski Resort is 7 miles.

Our favorites, Alta and Snowbird are a short 45 minute drive. The area includes a nearby outlet mall, restaurants, shops and a movie theatre.

This condo is located on the second floor with elevator access and stairwells that lead to the heated garage and ski storage reserved spot. It has an open floorplan with many upgrades like granite counter tops, tile floors, Alder doors and trim, and a gas fireplace. It features three bedrooms with high quality super comfortable mattresses. The entire condo is professionally decorated in a mountain motif that will make you never want to leave.

Nearby is the Bear Hollow Village Clubhouse which has a fitness center, fireplace, a computer with high-speed internet access, locker-rooms and a community pool and hot-tub. Another hot-tub is available to the Lodges guests, just outside the condo complex. High-speed internet is available in the condo, so bring your lap-top computer to check on ski conditions or the local happenings.

Sleeping accommodations and features include: Master bedroom:
King bed, Dresser, Nightstand, TV, Private Bath/Shower.
Queen bedroom: Queen bed, Dresser, Nightstand, and TV.
Third bedroom: Full/Twin bunk-bed, Dresser, Nightstand.
Family Room: Sofa, Oversize chair, Gas Fireplace, Large flat screen TV/DVD/CD, balcony with mountain views, gas grill.

-Financial Policies: $500 Refundable Security Deposit and 50% of the rental balance is due upon booking to secure reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Cancellation Policy: Payment and deposit is refundable if replacement rental is found, 50% if not.

This is a wonderful Property and location. In less that a hour you can leave the airport and be unpacked resting in this condo. The best snow on earth is all around us with nine huge world class resorts within an hours drive. The Canyons is only four minutes and Park City ten.

Nice Condo

Everything we needed with the exception of internet. Had to use the clubhouse computers as the wi-fi in the unit was non-existent. We were told that there were plenty of connections out there from neighboring units and clubhouse. This was my only complaint everything else was good. Plenty of space and room. Garage and storage for skis was great! Hot tub was down 2 nights, but then fixed and up and running. The clubhouse hot tub was working the entire time.

Great ski condo, comfortable and close to slopes

Our group of four had a fantastic 4 days at this condo. No issues at all with the access cards and keys. The condo itself is well appointed, nice kitchen, and very comfortable so long as you are OK with 3 bedrooms. The clubhouse with common hot tub and gym are right across the street from condo, great after a day of skiing. One of the great things about the location is that you are 2 minutes from a ton of shops (great ski rental at Nordas), stores (Whole Foods and Smiths Supermarket for food shopping), and restaurants (had an awesome Japanese-fusion dinner at Hapa Grill). For skiing, we were 5 minutes from Canyons, 10 minutes from Park City, and 15 minutes from Deer Valley, and 45 minutes from Snowbird/Alta. For the price, this place is fantastic!

Not well organized

The house was beautiful, the service was not. When we checked in we were missing the garage opener and the clubhouse card key. This meant that the cars were parked outside and were covered in snow and that we did not have access to the clubhouse and the jacuzzi. Right after checking-in we called the property manager and let her know that those items were missing. She said that she would contact the owner and take care of it for us. We never got the items replaced. When I returned home from my trip I have 2 emails from the owner saying that the items were missing, the current guests were unable to use them, and that they were expensive to replace, did I have them? I called immediately and spoke with the owner. He did not believe that our party had called to inform his property manager that the items were missing before our check-in. He was frosty on the phone and mentioned multiple times that this made the experience subpar for his “guests” and that these were expensive items. After agreeing that he needed to clarity with his property manager (and me insisting that I did NOT have the items) I looked at my emails more carefully. They were sent during my stay in Utah. The “current guests” that were unable to access the amenities were us. He had emailed the wrong person - twice. I called back and let him know the mix-up and his attitude changed dramatically. 1. We should have had access to the garage and clubhouse - as it figures into the price we paid over the holiday weekend. 2. It should have been fixed while we were there 3. The owner should have kept track of who was staying at the house so he could contact the correct party. Again, the house was beautiful.

Owner response:I'm sorry for the confusion but with little time between guests and the fact this was the first time this has happened. It is impossible to correct on short notice as backups are not available and cannot be fixed on short notice.

Great place

My group of 6 (including my wife and I) had an excellent time staying here. The condo is very spacious and is furnished very nicely. Top of the line stuff! The building and neighborhood is kept up very well and our safety was never a concern. The parking space in the heated garage (including a MUCH-bigger-than-expected ski locker/storage closet) was a huge benefit, as well as the non-reserved exterior parking. Good location in reference to a Walmart and shopping plaza with places to pick up groceries/etc (about 1 or 2 miles away). We would recommend getting a car if you rent here though, as the shuttle is not very close to the condo or easy to get to if the weather is slightly inclement. Plus, the ride to Park City and Canyons on the shuttle takes a good bit of time. But that was a minor detail that didn't hamper our trip at all. Plus, its nice to have it there if you need it in a pinch. Also, the owner is very nice to deal with...friendly and very responsive to emails. We would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Perfect location for Skiing in Utah

My family and I stayed at the condo during spring break of 2010 and the condo was located centrally to everything! We did not want a ski in and out because we did not want to be limited to one mountain resort. We skied at Park City, Deer Valley and Alta with more than 50 inches of fresh pow pow - the conditions were perfect for us East Coast skiers!The condo was clean and very comfortable to come home to after skiing all day. The association did a terrific job maintaining the snow removal on the roads and sidewalks. The club house is directly across the street which was very convenient for us to go relax in the large in ground hot tub at the end of the day. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores to be able to have some foodies at the condo and still eat out when we wanted to. The heated garage was awesome. We did not know what to expect with the garage but it was underneath the condo complex and we had a garage opener to park in an assigned space. Since the garage was heated and under cover, we did not have to fuss with cleaning off the car everytime we wanted to go out. Perfect! I would highly recommend the condo to any of my friends.

Exactly as advertised

We rented this condo for most of the summer and it was terrific; exactly as shown and advertised. It was clean, well maintained, plenty of parking and close to everything. We could get to downtown SLC in 30 minutes every time we did it. (Several times a week) We were here in the summer and loved hiking in the Uinta Mountains and exploring the Mirror Lake Recreation Area. Reasonable price, clean, nice and close to everything. Highly recommend.
