- Missing those aerobic workouts? Spend some time in our workout room -located on the second floor of Malecon Condominios. No charge, of course! Quality massages available on the beach (not part of our package, however). There are seven challenging golf courses in Vallarta! Take a burro ride or ENJOY A SUNSET CRUISE on the Marigalante Pirate Ship - this is a fun ride with a great show - worth the money and the food is surprisingly good!! Watch their FIREWORKS DISPLAY from our balcony or the rooftop pool area each evening at about 9 pm. INCREDIBLE artists abound in this lovely sea city. Enjoy the famous PUERTO VALLARTA ART WALK occurring every evening from 6 - 10 pm from October through April. SHOPPING, SHOPPING, SHOPPING! You can trust the beach vendors in white uniforms (they have licenses), and the various shops located within a four block radius are just fabulous! Don't forget to use your "bargaining" skills!

Why the Owner Chose Downtown (Viejo Vallarta)
We chose Downtown Vallarta because it is where everything is happening! Music, clubs, fiestas, great bistros, bars and restaurants, and mile after mile of beach...even boat rentals!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Having your own private bathroom (our condo has two) is a luxury we rarely experience in a hotel room, since suites are so expensive. The kitchen is a plus, also, for warming up leftovers from our favorite restaurants, or enjoying fresh local fruits and vegetables.
We can fix coffee and margaritas and just relax on the balcony anytime at all. There is a small library of books and DVD's for our enjoyment as well.
Owner's Map of Downtown (Viejo Vallarta)
After visiting Puerto Vallarta dozens of times, staying at various hotels and resorts, we decided to rent a condo. That did it! We had to buy our own little "piece of paradise". Casita Vallarta is right in the middle of town, on the beach, close to all our favorite restaurants and activities. The building is modern but still retains a Mexican flavor. Watching whales and dolphins migrating twice a year is our favorite past time from our own private balcony!

This is a great condo in an outstanding location, right on the malecon with tons of restaurants, shops, and clubs within walking distance. Everything we read in the listing was as described when we arrived. Parking feature great, but if you're not exploring you can taxi anywhere cheap. And the pool and deck right above the condo are fantastic - great view, refreshing and private. We'll definitely return!

I rent this condo at least one time per year, and would more if my job would allow. It's centrally located, walking distance from everything. You sleep to the sound of the waves crashing, it's so peaceful and beautiful. My favorite part is waking up and having coffee on the large, outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. I have spent hours there, reading, daydreaming... I love having a kitchen so we can sleep in and have breakfast at our leisure, then venture into town. The pool is awesome, you can see the ocean from the pool! You can watch parasailers and boats while you relax in the sun. The restaurant right below the condo is one of my all time favorites, I have gone twice in day before. I would definitely recommend Casa Vallarta to anyone looking for a fun, affordable place to stay in PV. The building is super-quiet, there's a small exercise room, it's beautifully decorated, laundry on the premises, very clean and well-maintained, everyone is friendly and it's very secure. I feel at home here, and safe and comfortable. The owner is very easy to deal with and accommodating.

Location, location, location!!! Perfect location if you want to listen to the waves, watch the sunset, watch the fireworks, explore and discover new restaurants every day (recommended), shopping etc. Secure condo complex. Safe area. Lots of entertainment within walking distance. Condo has everything you will need for your visit to experience the best of Puerto Vallarta. We all felt we will be back in the future. Very positive experience.

I stayed at Casa Vallarta a couple of times in 2008 and 2009, and the last time in June, 2010. What a beautiful retreat! PV is one of my all-time favorite places to go in Mexico (and I have been around Mexico!), and now that I have found this lovely condo, the only place I'll stay in PV. Everything was so easy, beginning with finding availability, dealing with the very helpful landlord, and getting to the property. The people are wonderful, the weather is beautiful, the condo is great, very comfortable, as close to the ocean as you can get! It's centrally located, walking distance from everything. There are tons of restaurants, shops, bars, convenience stores, live music, entertainment, etc.... within steps. The living room literally opens up to the ocean, it's amazing. Sleeping to the sounds of waves crashing is indescribeable. The rooftop pool overlooks the ocean, the restaurant downstairs is amazing. I love this place and will return to Casa Vallarta any chance I get.

The condo was comfortable and in a great location. It had an ocean view with two bedrooms and baths (Note - even though it was on the beach front, this is not a swimming beach). Great for a familiy. You literally step from out of the lobby onto the Malecon walkway. It was great for evening walks and easy walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and a beautiful beaches! The pool in the roof was amazing. It had a beath taking view of the whole ocean front and it was a great way to relax after a busy day of sight seeing. In the past we have stayed in the larger hotels in the area, which were beautiful, but we never really got the Puerto Vallarta experience like this place. The building was secure, there was a night watchman, who was always very friendly and ready to help with any questions or problems that you might have. We felt safe, yet we were able to stay downtown in a foregin country enjoying all of the different facets of this mexican culture. Would highly recommend this Condo to anyone.

Our stay at this great condo was better than we could have imagined. The pictures really don't do it justice. The ocean is literally steps away, and the rooftop pool is amazing. I couldn't see staying anywhere else in PV. We can't wait to go back! Thanks Again!

My family of 4 stayed in this wonderful condo. It was PERFECT for us. Our favorite thing was the LOCATION. It is ON the ocean. We left the windows open at night and listened to the ocean lapping up the beach all night long. The balcony faces west and we had absolutely amazing sunsets to watch. Email me and I will email back a photo taken from the deck. The condo is very secure. It is gated and has a guard on duty. The rooftop pool has amazing views also. It was very quiet. We walked everywhere--no rental car required. Every restaurant we visited had great food. There is all sorts of shopping. The swimmable beach is a very short walk from the condo. From the beach, you can parasail, rent wave runners and other "adrenaline rush" events. There are also restaurants on the beach--yes, on the sandy part of the beach. But if you don't feel like getting up and walking a few yards, there are vendors that will come to you and bring freshly sliced fruit, popcicles, potato chips with fresh squeezed lime (my personal favorite), etc. After a day at the beach, I liked coming back to the condo and having free wi-fi so I could immediately email pix back home of our day's activities. My family travels extensively about 4 - 6 weeks per year. This condo is one of our new "favorites" and we will be back!

This is absolutely a winner. The location, the decor, the wonderful views from the unit and from the roof top pool. It all adds up to a great place to relax. Being right on the malecon and a short two blocks from the town square makes it easy to get anywhere by walking. We only used a cab once. This is a place that begs you to return---and we will.

This was my first visit to Puerto Vallarta and this condo was an excellent place to stay. The condi it very beautiful, very clean and comfortable. It is in an excellent location to walk anywhere in El Centro or the Romanic Zone. A car is not needed. The pool deck and the entire building is wonderful with a great view of the ocean. We saw many dolphin & whales swim by! Don't hesitate to rent!

We have been to Mexico several times in the past, but have always stayed in a hotel or resort. After staying at this wonderful casita this year, I will never stay at a resort again!The condo was clean and cosy, and perfectly situated in the best part of Puerto Vallarta. After our early-morning run along the beach and through town, we would enjoy our morning coffee on our balcony overlooking the ocean, with a great view of the whales diving, the sailboats, and all the action down on the Malecon. Each day was spent exploring the town, sightseeing, shopping at the many art stores, or simply relaxing beside the rooftop pool with a perfect view of Puerto Vallarta. This is a town rich with Mexican culture and history, and there is never a shortage of things to do and see. We tried a different local restaurant each evening, and we were never dissapointed. Thank you for sharing your lovely Puerto Vallarta casita with our family. We will be back. Hasta luego!
