We had a much relaxing time and got to see all the sights and do activities we had planned. Me and my husband loved the cabin. It was very cozy. It's just hard to find because the road isn't marked from 17. Otherwise, we definitely plan on coming back. The owners even left us a card and gift for our anniversary which was very touching. There are deer all around and many good restaurants near by. We fell in love with Helen. (My husband was born in Germany). Also, the kitchen was very well stocked. They just ask you replace what you use. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone.

We stayed at the cabin over Labor Day weekend for our first year anniversary "getaway" and we really enjoyed the cabin. It had all the ammenities that we needed and had a very "homey" feel to the cabin. We will certainly keep the cabin in mind for any future stays in the Helen area.

What a wonderful home-maybe only temporary, but still a home. only 7 hrs from Gainesville(GO GATORS)-close to Helen and lots of creeks and mountain scenery, and the WONDERFUL GA State Parks. As soon as you come through the gate, you know you are at home. From the rockers on the porch to the fireplace out back, you are home. Did I mention( I have a bad back) that the beds are GREAT although I did not sleep upstairs. It looked like another BR instead of a loft. God bless the owners and all that stay here,, that we can share this experience and love that comes through the sharing. God Bless us all Barb & Jim Stakely Gainesville FL

What a vacation. It was breathtaking just being up in the mountains away from it all! Great hiking, wonderful scenery, fantastic bike trails and the tubing was awesome. Accomodation was everything we expected it to be. Thank you! We'll be back...

We have stayed in this great place on several occasions. We have always found it to be really, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The setting is wonderful, with the wooded lot and naturally beautiful surroundings. Even though it is somewhat secluded, it is very conveniently located near many attractions and points of interest. We expecially enjoyed the warm family-friendly set up of the cabin itself.

What a fun place to stay! We had a great weekend here and WILL be back. Make sure to go to Troll Tavern and sit by the water. Fishing is tons of fun. Make sure to bring the makings for S'mores because there is a perfect outdoor fireplace to make them in!
