Newly renovated, two bedroom beachfront villa on private island with 3 miles of beautiful beach just over the board walk. In surveys, our guests have raved about the accommodations (see our guests comments) New wood floors, new tile kitchen, new bedroom carpet, new furniture, fresh paint and a spectacular view of the ocean await you. No one has ever left disappointed.
Our villa is on the third floor overlooking the ocean and the complex's private pool. From the side window (this is an end unit) you look across the island's marsh lands for another spectacular view. Just across the street is the newly renovated beach club, with an Olympic-size swimming pool, new fitness center and clay tennis courts - which you will have full access.
Both bedrooms feature adjoining full bathrooms. The newly decorated Master bedroom is set up as a suite (King bed) that can be privately closed off from the other living areas. Second bedroom includes two twin beds. For additional guests, there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The large living room is adjoined with a balcony to take in the best view on the island. The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living area, so there is even an ocean view while standing at the sink!
Bring only your beach towels. We furnish the rest, including new bath towels and linens, beach chairs and a starter supply of paper products, laundry and dish soap. Even your first morning coffee to enjoy the sunrise. Cleaning fee is included for weekly rentals.
The historic town of Beaufort is only 15 minutes away and features great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Golfers can enjoy world-class golf on nearby Fripp Island, or at one of the many courses in the area.

I was more than pleased when we arrived at the villa. You can tell that the owners "own" this unit, not just rent it out as income. There are personal touches everywhere and if you forgot that thing, Sherri probably has it there. We traveled with two adults, one pre-teen girl and one teen girl and there was more than enough space for the four of us. The views were spectacular and it was so quiet. There was never a parasailer going by nor a airplane advertising "all you can eat whatevers." I saw one shrimp boat during our stay, but other than that it was wildlife, serenity, and family. The villa is on the third floor, so you will get your exercise. The master bedroom, not pictured here, is down a small hallway and has a bathroom down this hallway. The king sized bed is soft. The door can be closed so that you can go from the hallway to the bathroom without having to put on a robe. The second bedroom has two twin beds that are very comfortable. There are movies, books, and games. We had a fantastic time playing Hi-Ho-Cherry-O, Chutes 'n Ladders, and Candyland with the girls despite the fact that we were far too old to be playing those games. We plan on going back to Harbor Island. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone who needs a break and wants to get away. My only caution is that the closest grocery store is about 10 miles away.
