Completed in 2007, our 3400 sq. ft. home is one only a handful of gulf front houses available for rent in the WaterColor Resort. It is located to the right of the BeachClub and less than a one minute walk to it's entrance. The back of our home borders Grayton State Park making the covered deck that runs the length of our house private.
The second floor has an open floor plan and contains the kitchen, breakfast room, dining area, living room and powder room. The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a separate wine/beverage refrigerator.
The third floor of the house features a luxurious master suite with a King-sized bed, sitting area and private covered porch. The large walk-in closet features a built in closet system and a washer/dryer. Outside of the master bedroom is the loft which features a daybed with trundle (sleeps 2), game/bar table and flat screen TV.
The two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. Both are large with King-sized beds, private bathrooms, flat screened TV's and game systems. Also on the first floor is the laundry room with an ironing board and iron and features GE® High Efficiency front loading washer and dryer.
Other features: Six flat screen TVs, professional interior design, original artwork, high-end furnishings, black walnut floors and cabinetry, alarm system, free wireless Internet access, free long distance, two car garage.

By looking at the pictures posted, you can see that the property and house are both beautiful and if you are considering this house, you know how awesome the Water Color/Seaside area is. So, I am not going to belabor the obvious in going on about how beautiful the view is from the house and the convenient proximity to all the area has to offer. I would like to point attention to the Owners of this house and how they are the most amazing people to work with. They provide concierge level service with an extremely personal and gracious touch. They had every detail taken care of for our trip to Water Color. The house was stocked with our particular grocery list, most important of which was a much needed cold beer after the long drive from Houston! I plan on returning to this house for every summer vacation with my family for the foreseeable future. Looking forward to Water Color summer 2012!

Our family loved this home! We will definitely rent again...and Karen was wonderful to work with. Absolutely the best location with 4 kids. It is beautifully decorated and maintained. Can't wait to return to Watercolor.

One of the most beautiful houses on 30 A!!! My family and I decided on a last minute beach vacation. We were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find that the house was even more beautiful than the pictures portrayed! Everything from the perfect location, the magnificent views, quality appliances, comfortable beds and beautiful furnishings ensures that this is the ONLY house we will ever rent again! Being able to bring our dog was a wonderful extra bonus! The owner was incredibly helpful and kind, a true pleasure to work with! We are looking forward to our next stay this spring!

This house is amazing! Comfortable and meticulously kept with beautiful decor. The proximity to WaterColor Resort, Seaside and the Gulf is perfect. You can't ask for a better place to stay. Karen is fabulous to work with and has to be the nicest person I know. I highly recommend this rental house.....and I am one of the pickiest people to please. Trust me...you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful, immaculate house with every amenity you could ask for. We had an incredible week with plenty of room of all of us (7 in our party) and our two labradors. What a treat to be able to bring our pups on vacation with us! Owners are very accessible, helpful and responsive. House and porch are exquisitively decorated (straight out of House Beautiful). Top of the line appliances and furniture, plus great location. Super close to pool, beach, and workout facility. We will definitely be returning to this house. We love being gulf front and there are very few homes in the Seaside/Watercolor area that are. House was built for personal use, not as a rental property, and lucky are the renters!! We love Picolo's (The Red Bar), Fish out of Water, Angelina's Pizzeria and Pasta and getting fresh fish at Goatfeathers to prepare back at the rental. Our favorite nights were "staying in" cooking a great meal and enjoying the house with wine. The owners are very friendly, and I only wish we could have met them!! I would especially recommend this house for families with a little bit older children, or several couples. We had 3 college age children with us, my mom, and sister in law. Rent this house without hesitation....just don't rent it the week we want!!! We have traveled to this area over 6 times in the last 13 years, this is our favorite house yet.

The house is beautiful. Its location couldn't be more ideal, both to the beach and to Watercolor's facilities, but the house is most impressive of all! We all admired the tasteful decorations and design of the home. One of the most relaxing weekends I've had in ages. Would recommend this vacation rental to anyone.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at 105 Park Row in Watercolor. The home is beautifully decorated and in the perfect location: near beach, pools, the Boathouse and bike rental. We especially enjoyed being able to bring our dog along on vacation. The owner is a joy to work with. Looking forward to a return visit!

This house is perfect for anyone wanting to get away and truely enjoy their vacation. It is perfectly situated in WaterColor to all of the amenities. The best thing I can say is that I plan on going back in the near future. If you want a home that is very comfortable in every way then rent this home.
