Our three story home is one of only a handful of gulf front homes in the WaterColor Resort. It is the second house to the right of the BeachClub and borders Grayton State Park. Our fabulous location not only allows quick access to Watercolor’s amenities, but offers quiet and privacy as well.
The main living area, located on the second floor has an open floor plan and contains the kitchen, breakfast room, dining area, living room and powder room. The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless steel appliances including two Bosch dishwashers and a separate wine/beverage refrigerator. Both the living and breakfast room have flat screen TV's. The state of the art sound system that is incorporated into the entire house extends to the covered deck.
The third floor of the house features a luxurious master suite with a sitting area, a flat screen TV and private covered porch. The large walk-in closet features built in shelves and drawers and a washer/dryer. Outside of the master bedroom is the loft which features a daybed with trundle (sleeps 2), game/bar table and flat screen TV.
The two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor of the home. Both are large with private bathrooms and have flat screened TV's in their respective armoires. One of the bedrooms has a Playstation 2 system, the other a Nintendo Gamecube. Also on the first floor is the laundry room with an ironing board and iron and features GE® High Efficiency front loading washer and dryer.
Other features: Alarm System, free wireless Internet access and long distance calling, professional interior design, high-end furnishings, black walnut floors and woodwork, two car garage.
