Why the Owner Chose Windward Pointe
The beaches are by far the cleanest, softest and finest sand we have even seen or felt. The Gulf always seems to separate our busy lives at work and gives us a wonderful feeling of calm.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love walking the beaches, but also walking to Bruno's across the street to bring back steamed cajun shrimp. Or go to "Billy's Seafood" and bring back fillets to grill on the outdoor deck.
Owner's Map of Windward Pointe
We are from Green Bay Wisconsin and have visited Orange Beach since our daughter's birth. She is now 27 and married. We drive down several times a year (1150 miles one way and 17 hours). The gulf always gives such peace and memories of family. We are happy to share "Our little piece of heaven" with you.

Thank you for sharing your amazing condo with us for Easter. We were able to truly enjoy ourselves at the beach! We had a family reunion of sorts on the huge deck and everyone was so comfortable. My Dad and Mom are getting on up in age and they truly enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and watch the ocean. Thank you again for an amazing time at the condo. This condo is well worth every penny the huge wrap around deck and the lay out of the rooms is awesome!

'Thank You' for allowing me and my beau the opportunity to stay at your dreamy condo on Orange Beach! We had an amazing 'Babymoon' and felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside the door. I appreciate the luxurious accommodations and the incredible surroundings. I'm in the process of nailing down dates to return in the spring/early summer of 2012 (Baby Boy in toe). As I sit here writing this note the dolphins are swimming right out in front of the condo. The sun is glittering on the water like a million diamonds and a para sailor is flying by. Can it get any better than this...we don't think so! Having just spent the winter in this condo we can hardly imagine being closer to heaven. The condo and it's amenities are by far the best of any we've ever stayed in. And you have been wonderful owners to rent from. We look forward to coming back year after year.

We are planning on going down for our 6th annual October Beach Trip. The last two years we have had the pleasure of staying at this propertyand we hope to make it three in a row. The condo is awesome plain and simple. Interior has everything that you could possibly want and decorated so well. The balcony is the key feature for us. Anytime that we aren't at the beach and we are awake we are spending time on the massive balcony. Another feature we dearly love is the built in speakers in each room including the balcony. We spend a lot of time dancing with the kids. I like how close the water is. There is plenty of beach but you don't have to walk a quarter of a mile to get to the water. Come visit and fall in love!

What a wonderful vacation we have had! The condo was even more plush than the pictures represented. The views were amazing, allowing us to see down the beach, both east and west. Each room had a balcony with a water view. The kitchen was well-appointed, especially for someone unlike myself, that plans to cook a lot. We made sure to hit our favorite places --As always, the shrimp and famous cheese grits at The Original Oyster House, were the best. Lulu's was just a fun place to be, with great food! We would recommend this property to anyone and cannot think of anything that we would wish to change (except more time to stay here).

We recently stayed at your wonderful condo. My two sisters and I (and one brother-in-law)agreed that it was the best of all the condos we have stayed at in past years. Your furnishings are very nice, and in keeping with the Gulf theme. Everything was immaculately kept, inside and out. There was nothing not to like! We all appreciated the "wrap around balcony" and this is one of the reasons we chose the corner, end unit. It does make a difference, as you know, to be able to step outside from each bedroom. The weather was cooperative during the day, with the only storms occurring during the nighttime hours. We all felt lucky to have chosen the first week in March. Thank you.

In the process of packing and leaving, we forgot to sign the guest book in the condo. I wanted to send you this message to let you know that we had a great time there. The view was just spectacular, and the condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. I also wanted to mention to you that the person who kept the common areas clean was doing a really good job also. I know that is a separate company from the condo association, but it is a real plus to those of you who own the condos to have the common areas look good and be clean. Clearly, you and your family had taken into consideration the comfort and convenience of your guests when decorating and equipping the condo. We really appreciate it, loved everything, and hope to go again next spring (we will have to start saving gas money now). I left a Desoto's restaurant in the binder with the other info (which came in very handy) as their lunch is a really good value and I thought others might like to go there. Again, thanks for much for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us. Helen C.
