This condo has everything you are looking for in a vacation apartment. I didn't know what to expect but I was surprised we did find everything we needed and more. It has enough space to easily accommodate 2 families with young/teenagers kids. Having two stories make it more easy for the kids to have their own space to hang out and sleep. Love the cozy fireplace and the quiet surroundings. The decoration is beautiful and is super clean. It's very well located, near to grocery shops, restaurants, stores, highway and even the bus stop!. We had a great time in the mountains. We went to few of the towns around, ski couple of days, went to Denver to visit friends and even went to dog sledding !!. I highly recommend this condo and for sure will book it again soon.
Owner response:Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on your stay. I'm so glad you enjoyed your time and that you were pleased with the accommodations. I do hope you will come back for another stay. Wishing you a wonderful new year. With appreciation, Joan

Our stay in Frisco was made perfect by the wonderful accommodations at Scattered Pines. The condo is spotless and the decor is upscale yet not overbearing. It was perfect for our family and we had plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other the entire time. Truly all of the comforts of home were there waiting for us the second we arrived. It was everything we needed to make our family vacation perfect! The quiet location right off of main street Frisco couldn't have been any better and it made walking around town a breeze.I would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Summit County.

We have stayed at this condo several years now and always find it up to date, clean, with plenty of space for all family members. It's a great layout for three friends/family groups, with the layout providing privacy for all. The upstairs loft has it's own sitting room for those that want to stay up later and/or sleep late and it's own bathroom. Like an apartment in an apartment. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with private baths for each. Plus, a great kitchen that's open so you don't feel closed off when doing food prep. Great restaurants nearby that are walkable, with lots of options for dining and ski rentals and grocery cose as well. We love this place and wish it was our own!

What a beautiful condo! I couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay while in Colorado. The condo itself is so clean, roomy and stylish and the location is great. It's right in the heart of Frisco which is surrounded by mountains and it has great restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's also right by a beautiful river and many trails for hiking. I'd highly recommend staying here -- in fact, I HAVE already to several friends. I'll definitely book this place again!

We loved our stay at Scattered Pines where we met our son for his college spring break. The condo is beautifully deocrated and furnished with everything we needed. There are georgous views from the many large windows. We enjoyed fixing family meals and relaxing by the gas fireplace after a day of skiing. It was relatively close to multiple great ski areas, giving us choices. We were an easy walking distance to the quaint town of Frisco. There we found several nice resturaunts and shopping. The free shuttle system was also just a couple block away so that one day our son was able to meet friends at a different ski area than the rest of the family wanted to go to. It was even easy to get to from Denver via I-70. We found the owner pleasant to work with and very accomodating. I highly recommend this condo for your vacation lodging. We'll be going back!

The condominium was exactly as described, wonderfully clean and well maintained. Joan (the owner) was great to work with, and even had a new grill delivered and set-up prior to us arriving. The location is wonderful. It is just one block off Main Street, and very close to the marina. There is a beautiful park one block away, with a wonderful river adjacent. I enjoy cycling, and there are numerous bicycle paths around the area for rides as long as you wish to ride. There is also hiking within minutes away, and many 14'ers to pick from if you like. We especially appreciated the two different living areas the condominium has. We had a 7-month-old grand child with us, and we set up the upper (large) living area as her playroom. All the beds were very comfortable. There are many great Frisco restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast at the Butterhorn Bakery, but we also enjoyed cooking in the condominium kitchen. The only small complaint we might have is that the kitchen is a bit small, but very adequate for our needs. There is a Wal-Mart within walking distance and a nice grocery store. Dillon CO is only 4 minutes away and has fun shopping. We will certainly return!
Owner response:Dear mwswsu and family, It was a pleasure to have you come for a stay at the condo. Thank you so much for taking the time to submit this review. It's wonderful to know that you had an enjoyable experience and so nice to read your positive comments. I'm sorry about the size of the kitchen area... hopefully the spaciousness of the rest of the condo (large bedrooms and 2 living areas) helped to offset this aspect of the kitchen. I do hope you will come back for another visit. I look forward to hearing from you again. Thank you so much, Joan
