  The owner was very accommodating in our last minute reservation and went out of her way to make sure our stay at her lovely place was a happy experience. The place was very attractive and well maintained with a wonderful gas fireplace and cozy sectional couches to gather around on. Being one block from the main street in Frisco was also wonderful feature which we took advantage of for lunch and dinner. We were also just minutes away from Copper Mountain where we went skiing. All-in-all, it was a wonderful place to spend a few days together in. We highly recommend it to others.

  Wonderful place! Close enough to the action, yet far enough away to relax after skiing. Perfect for entertaining, great loft, nice warm gas fireplace, relaxing living area for kicking back catching up on email and visiting with friends.

  Best location I have found for visiting multiple ski resorts, as well as dining and shopping Frisco. Walk to your favorite pub or dining establishment. Unit is very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 6 adults.

  I loved the location. I was able to walk to all the stores, coffee runs, nature walks, etc. The town of Frisco was in between Copper Mountain and Loveland so it was great. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean, quiet and easy parking and waste hauling.

  We had a lovely time at your place. It was really wonderful...for both young and old. Had everything we needed! We enjoyed the location as well. We rented bikes, and went kayaking and lots of other fun stuff. We also enjoyed the parade and fireworks on the 4th! I plan to keep your info for future use. We're not a skiing family, but we really enjoyed the summer there. Thanks again! Samantha

  This condo has 2 huge bedrooms on the first floor, plus a massive loft space that features 2 twin beds, 2 bunk beds, AND a futon. I think you could easily sleep 14 in this space, though the living and eating space is probably only comfortable for about 10. Fantastic closet/storage space. The location in Frisco was great, with convenient access to all of the amenities in town. Staying in Frisco allows for last minute weather-based decision making on where to ski. Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain are all easily accessible from the Summit Stage bus stop only 1 block away. The Butterhorn Cafe is 3 blocks away, and is a MUST for breakfast. The owner of this condo has thought of everything, ensuring a pleasant stay with no hassles. The detailed information packet sent in advance of our trip was fantastic. Highly recommended, and I hope to be able to return soon. Minor annoyances that will NOT prevent me from returning include: Slightly out of date carpeting throughout - could stand to be replaced soon. Laundry in a bedroom closet - would have liked to run the laundry right before going to bed. Very small CRT televisions. Not ideal if TV/movies are important to you.

I'm pleased to know that overall, you were happy with your experience. I'm sorry though to hear of your "minor annoyances". I am glad to know that these WON'T prevent you from returning. If I might, I'd like to comment on these items... The out of date carpeting that you mention... yes, you are right, it could stand to be replaced. However, with this being a rental I have been trying to extend the life of it. I have it professionally cleaned on a regular basis, I am meticulous about vacuuming and in my opinion it still looks good. I do have it on my next major expense to-do list. The laundry location... I'm sorry, I can't do much about this one. While it's not the best location, I have to say, closing the closet doors does make it surprisingly quiet. The small CRT televisions... I did just upgrade the main TV in the living room to a 32" Sony Bravia LCD TV. I have uploaded a new photo to document this addition. While I can appreciate those who want their TV time, this has never been a priority for me when I'm in the mountains. I'd rather be outside skiing, hiking, biking, etc. Sorry, guess I've just never focused on TVs. My hope is that this new LCD TV will improve the experience for all future guests.   Scattered Pines is a great updated place to stay. It is super convenient to all the fun of Main Street (Butterhorn for breakfast, sushi at Kemosabi, dinnerr at Tuscato...all withing a very short walk and the ease of the free bus to Copper a block away. The option was used often for the early riser skiers who just cant wait. The unit is very clean and was a perfect set up for our family with the kids going upstairs allowing late nght giggles amongst cousins. The welcome pack was unexpected, well-organized and thorough. I highly recommend Scattered Pines. I love Frisco's central location making it easy to go anywhere...or just stay and chat by the fire!

  This condo has everything you are looking for in a vacation apartment. I didn't know what to expect but I was surprised we did find everything we needed and more. It has enough space to easily accommodate 2 families with young/teenagers kids. Having two stories make it more easy for the kids to have their own space to hang out and sleep. Love the cozy fireplace and the quiet surroundings. The decoration is beautiful and is super clean. It's very well located, near to grocery shops, restaurants, stores, highway and even the bus stop!. We had a great time in the mountains. We went to few of the towns around, ski couple of days, went to Denver to visit friends and even went to dog sledding !!. I highly recommend this condo and for sure will book it again soon.

  Our stay in Frisco was made perfect by the wonderful accommodations at Scattered Pines. The condo is spotless and the decor is upscale yet not overbearing. It was perfect for our family and we had plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other the entire time. Truly all of the comforts of home were there waiting for us the second we arrived. It was everything we needed to make our family vacation perfect! The quiet location right off of main street Frisco couldn't have been any better and it made walking around town a breeze.I would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Summit County.
