"Tiger Heel" is the name of our new home. As you probably guessed it represents The Clemson Tigers and the Carolina Tar Heels.
Our Home is Located on the Southside of Ocean Lakes in the 1500 section.

We are so excited about our new home. It is completely decorated with all new furniture, appliances, and essentials to make your vacation outstanding.
This newly constructed raised beach house is now available. The construction and interior trim is far beyond the average beach house. It consists of three bedrooms and two full baths. Bedrooms one and two have queen beds. Bedroom three has a double bed. All bedrooms are equipped with TV/DVDs (Time Warner Cable). All three bedrooms are fully carpeted. The Master Bath has an oversized Ceramic Tile walk-in Shower, hall bath has Tub/Shower combo. Both baths have Ceramic Tile Floors and Countertops.
My Favorite room will be the Living Room with a 50-inch Flat Screen HD TV mounted on the wall. The TV is equipped with HD DirecTV with all channels available (HBO, ShowTime, Cinemax, and a DVD/CD player. The Living Room is also furnished with Leather Sofa, Love Seat and Recliner. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen with tiled counter-tops and maple cabinets. Ceramic Tiled Flooring throughout the Kitchen and Living room. Nine foot ceilings, Heavy Crown Molding, and chair railing adds unique character to our home.
Outside you will enjoy a Beautiful Deck that has a Tiled Table with 4 Sling Back Chairs and 2 Rockers. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The deck also has 2 Adirondack Lounge Chairs for sunning. Downstairs there is a Gas Grill for outdoor cooking, and a glass top table with 6 chairs. This is perfect place to enjoy rainy evening if you want to be outside. We also have an enclosed shower that is equipped with hot and cold water, and there is space for 3 vehicles underneath the house.
Cleaning/Rules: Cleaning products are provided for you to clean upon departure. Or, we now have a cleaning service available for an additional charge if you prefer. Please let us know prior to arrival if you would like to have the cleaning service. We have to book this service in advance. If you choose to clean the home yourself and the unit has not been cleaned upon departure, a portion of your deposit will be withheld to pay for a cleaning service after the fact ($200).
You will need to provide your linens (sheets, towels, etc.), bath soaps, detergents and paper products. Please note that Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated and patrolled community. All guests must abide by their rules and regulations. Upon arrival, you will need to register your vehicle with the Ocean Lakes office and pay a $3/day parking pass fee directly to Ocean Lakes. Sorry, No Smoking, No Pets.
