Why the Owner Chose Ocean Isle Beach
My family are all here. My son gets to see his cousins but most of all we love the Family atmosphere and southern hospitality!
It is so warm and safe for kids. It lets us have family fun without the worry of the heavy crowds. If the kids want more we go to Myrtle Beach for ONE day or go to Hard Rock Amusement Park you are close enough. Broadway at the Beach is 20 miles away. This area has it all!

We love fishing off our private dock. The views of the intercoastal and biking on the island. This is the only deep water natural canal on the Island. You can come and go with your boat at low tide. YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED AT THIS LOCATION! Putt-Putt, the Creamery, Sharkey's, Cinelli's and Surf Unlimited.
Fish off the long OIB pier Game room and pizza Parasail in the summer. I did and loved it!
Home made Ice cream : ) New in 2008 The Creamery has all your fun flavor and you can sit and rock on the porch.

Just re-done this winter, walk to the Safari Putt-Putt. This ocean view 18 hole course is a great break for the beach or at night after dinner.
Here you will fin the Beaker, Salty's Surf Shop, and 3 or three beach shops for towels, chairs or t-shirts. The Breaker has Ice cream and burgers for lunch. You can also find 2 pool table in back.
Here is a wonderful learning hand on center for all ages. Watch for the Turtle Program Events. The Bands play here in the parking lot every Friday........Watch on our deck!

I grew up in Charlottesville Virginia and went to Virginia Beach every summer. My husband grew up in Atlanta and this is where we call home. We wanted our son to have wonderful memories of his own at a great family beach. When my parents and eventually my 2 sisters relocated to Wilmington and Ocean Isle Beach, we knew it was right! We love the deserted off season solitude and the safe summer family fun Ocean Isle has to offer. None of my renters have ever been disappointed. What is not to like about this perfect Island!
