This ninth floor condo is the Closest Three Bedroom condo to the beach in the fully completed Phase I of Las Palomas Project. Furnished with all the necessities of home, this three bedroom with two full baths unit is now set up to sleep up to eight. (See Photos)A new loveseat & sleeper sofa was added plus a cushy rocker/recliner (the guys will be fighting over). There is a very plush and comfortable king-size bed in each bedroom. There is a 32 inch LCD/TV in each bedroom and living room along with a DVD players/stereo. Two of the bedrooms are located in the front, so each couple has a beachfront view, so no fighting over the view!
If you prefer to cook in a few meals for yourself, our kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, all full size appliances and a handy full size washer and dryer inside this unit. Linen and towel service is included. You can treat yourself to the Room Service or enjoy the first class Citron restaurant for fine dining, or visit the sports bar for a more casual dining experience. You may also order food and drinks from the main pool areas.
Attention Golfers: Las Palomas has The Links Golf Course with 19 holes designed by Forrest Richardson. This condo includes the use of our full golf membership which allows our guests to play for $20 per person (including cart rental) and also to pre-book tee times up to 30 days in advance.
Lush landscaping just adds to your vacation atmosphere while you sit at one of the seven different pools. Grab a bite at the swim up bar, cool off in the lazy river, tackle the water slide, sit under the palapas, swing in the hammock under shade, lounge by the negative edge pool or relax in the heated spa. Per Las Palomas Property Management Company:CHANGES,CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICIES:NEW CANCELLATION POLICY STARTING June 15th, 2009.
We accept credit card payments. Under special circumstances, we will accept checks and/or bank deposits.
Reservation Policy:Reservations
· 50% of the whole stay will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
· The 50% remaining will be charged 15 days prior to the arrival date.
· If the reservation is made within 15 days of arrival date it will be charged in full.
· The reservation holder must be over 25 and stay at the resort.
· Extra person $ 50 USD.
Changes
· All changes will have a $25 USD fee.
· No changes allowed within 10 days of the arrival date.
· In case of changing a Holiday reservation it will have a penalty fee of $150 USD per condo.
Cancellations
· 150 USD cancellation fee if for reservations cancelled 11 days or more prior to the arrival date.
· In case of cancelling within 10 days of the arrival date, all amounts paid are forfeit.
· No money back on cancellations after the first change.
· All cancellations must be made in writing, via e-mail.
Payment
· Credit Card preferred.
· Bank deposit, bank transfer or check at least 10 days prior to the arrival date.
· In case of payment by travel agency, the reservation must be paid in full prior to the guest's arrival.
Reimbursement
· No reimbursement for No Shows.
· No reimbursement for early departures.
· No reimbursement in case of eviction, zero tolerance policy.
· No reimbursement for holidays.
· In case of reimbursement, it will be done by check or bank transfer (at hotel's convenience) within 14 days of cancellation.
Security Deposit
· Open voucher at arrival preferred.
· If no Credit Card is available, a $150 USD cash deposit will be required.
Other
· Check-In is at 4:00 PM
· Check-Out is at 11:00 AM
· Late Check-Out will be at 1:00 PM only with prior authorization.
· Any check out done from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM must be authorized and will have a 50% charge on that day's rate.
· In case of extending the check out time beyond 4:00 PM, a charge of 100% of the day's rate will apply.
