My family had a wonderful time in this relaxing vacation home! It was a very nice change of pace for my family's busy life. The house is located in a quite little neighborhood and sits back in a cul-de-sac so the street is nice and quiet. The bay beach is just a quick drive away (or a long walk, which wouldn't be a good idea with our small children) and had all kinds of neat sea life waiting for discovery; a part of the vacation my family loved! We found tons of different crabs and fish and even a sea urchin. Then there's the pass to Honeymoon Island that is included in the rental and let me tell you, that is the best beach we've ever been to! Dolphins even swam right in front of us, so cool. Not too crowded, very quick drive, food and bathrooms on site. It was better than Clearwater beach! Which by the way, is about a 15 min drive away and was a lot of fun too! We enjoyed watching the different types of tropical birds adorn the back yard during the day and my children enjoyed chasing many and catching one little lizard in the yard! Downtown Dunedin was just wonderful! A lot of little shops to visit including a delicious ice cream shop that was frequented by our family. Over all, perfect trip! We had three adults and two children ages 3 and 5 that stayed there and enjoyed our stay immensely!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Tradewinds Drive home in Dunedin. My husband commented several times during the week that I did a "great job" finding the house. The house is charming and comfortable. They had everything we needed, including a very well stocked kitchen and linen closet. This was our first experience with VRBO, and the ease of communication with Sheila as well as the accommodations at her home would certainly make me utilize VRBO again. I can only hope I would be as lucky making a choice in another location! Very quiet, accessible neighborhood and Dunedin is a friendly town. We would definitely return.

It was our first trip to Dunedin!!! I must say that the house was very nice!!! It was close to everything and not far from honeymoon island which was beautiful!!! The pass was a great asset to the vacation!!!! If you have a chance, take a ride to clearwater and go to Shell Key Island!! What a beautiful place!!!! For $25.00 plus tax you get the boat ride and they loan you snorkelling equipment and even an umbrella!!! The day was so relaxing and beautiful with hiking for sea shells sand dollars!!! What a beautiful home and vacation!!! We had lots of room and a nice quiet time when we needed it!!! Loved the birds in the back yard!!!! Lots of ammenities!!!!!

My family rented this home for a week in April to attend my daughter's wedding in Clearwater Beach. All 7 of us were very pleased with this lovely home. All the basics and then some were there; a cute, comfortable, and clean home. Stores and beaches, playgrounds and restaurants, all nearby. Nice neighbors and lovely neighborhood. My grandkids loved the big backyard and the "climbing" tree! Dunedin is a little treasure of a town. I'd rent this home again in a heartbeat.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon in mid May. Everything was just as Sheila had instructed. We made the beds and skipped over to the 2 minute away Publix to get groceries....then the Walgreens across the street to get booze. We made breakfast each day. They have everythng in this place including stuff in the cupboards that you can use...and replace when empty. We left 8 beer for the next renters. The place was very clean, everything worked - no issues. We would have like a BBQ to grill outside but if there was one we couldn't find it. We dined at Flanagans in Dunedin - a dump but good beer and food. We also dined at The Island Grill in Clearwater - EXCELLENT! The fishing and golf was great too. Overall, perfect.

This comfortable, well-equipped home was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving get-together. The quiet residential area is very close to Honeymoon Island and the Pinellas Trail. We were delighted to have the family pass to Honeymoon Island State Park, where we enjoyed the new nature center, walks, and sunsets. The young girls loved shelling. They also enjoyed the Leepa-Rattner Art Museum in Tarpon Springs, which has a terrific children's activity area. The restaurants in Dunedin welcome children (Casa Tina provided crayons and placemats for coloring). We also recommend a couple of newer spots: Strahan's (ice cream) and Walt's (upscale, seasonal cuisine). The owner is a pleasure to deal with. She was accessible and attentive. We definitely hope to rent the property again.

This house was just what we were looking for. It is beautifully furnished and would be great for most any type of travelers to the Clearwater area. The owners have done their homework on getting this house ready to rent, just open the door and you'll feel at home. Dunedin has a great little village feel to it, with some excellent dining choices. We took at dolphin cruise out of Clearwater Harbor. It's very easy to get to Clearwater, Tampa and Honeymoon Island is just around the corner. I hope not to say too many nice things about the place or it might not be open next time we want to go to Florida, and we definitely would like to stay there again.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Dunedin. It's a short bike ride to down town Main Street, and in the other direction, it's a short ride to sail boat and kayak rentals. The house itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks for your hospitality, we'll be back for sure! Warm regards - Betsy and Kevin

We just stayed in this home for the 2nd time. It is a beautiful home, tastefully decorated that has everything you need for a home away from home feeling. Honeymoon Island was our favorite spot to hang out in the afternoons. I highly recommend this home to everyone!
