This is a beautiful lakefront home on the shore of Bass Lake. The home is a completely furnished, large family home with plenty of parking, decks, landscaped yard, located within the boundaries of the Sierra National Forest, surrounded by tall pines. The lake is a joy to all who use it, as it is warm and clean with lots of recreational activities allowed.
The house is located 18 miles from the southern entrance to Yosemite Park. The nearby marina rents fishing boats, ski boats, party boats (pontoon), jet skis, wakeboards, and all manner of water toys. There are very nice restaurants, shops,and a grocery store and deli at the marina.

We have been going to Bass Lake my entire life. it's the best ,most useable lake in california. a nice combination of homes on the lake and a community feeling. We love our family tradition of vacations at Bass Lake
The Unique Benefits of this House
many people have said this is the best home on the lake including people who have tried lots of places. we have lots of parking, and a conventional front and back yard. over 200 feet of lakefront a boatdock, decks, hot tub and on and on.

We had a family reunion to celebrate our uncle's 80th birthday here. We had 6 adults, an infant and toddler in our group. There was plenty of space for everyone and the rooms are nicely spaced so others could not hear our kids when they woke up at night. The house is beautiful and the views from inside and outside of the water are gorgeous. It was very tranquil and you wouldn't even know there were neighbors on either side. The gas grill was great for the 2 nights we bbq'd. The realty company was very helpful and answered all my questions and I called many times! The linens are not included, but not a big deal as we brought ours from home. You can have them provided for a fee. The house was very clean and maintained. The furniture is a little outdated, but matches the theme of the house and serves its purpose. The price is very reasonable compared to others of similar size on the lake, especially if you are sharing the cost with another family or two. We went to Yosemite from here, which was only about 20 minutes to the south entrance. We will definitely be back again when the kids are a little older.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

You will not be disappointed in your stay here. There is ample room for multipal families. We visited off season and it was so peaceful. We rented a boat and had the whole lake to ourselves. The town is wonderful and they have many great eateries.

WE LOVE STAYING HERE! In fact we come here every year. It's in a perfect spot on the lake, you can watch the sunset, which is not true for other parts of the lake. Also the water is calmer, and kids can swim off the dock. Beautiful house right on the lake with private dock big enough for 3 boats. House has all the amenities incl big kitchen, big dining area, big living room with lots of seating, TVs, cable, movie library, book library, brand new jacuzzi, big profl BBQ, beautiful garden, quiet spaces, social spaces. Make your memories here!
