Why the Owner Chose Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas
My wife and I were on our honeymoon, staying at the Westin hotel - and we couldn't imagine not coming back year after year, as well as bringing our son. Maui is my favorite island, having lived on Kauai as well as Maui in my younger years, and this property, managed by Starwood - the elite group of hotels - is by far the finest property we've ever experienced. We are blessed to spend our winters in Park City, UT and escape to Maui every year to experience this slice of paradise. It will always be the most special place in our hearts and for our family. And there's nothing like spending Christmas in Maui - you have to do it at least once! It was a no-brainer for us to become owners, and we're so happy to share our good fortune and stunning Villa with others.

This particular property is unique in its location as well as benefits - the beach is, in our opinion (and we know Hawaii!) the finest of all - gentle surf, incredible snorkeling, and warm ocean breezes - in fact, it's adjacent to one of the most popular and the highest rated public beach on Maui, but the exclusivity of our property makes it stand out. And the pools! Our son makes new friends every year, and we return together to celebrate our favorite destination in the world together. Plus my wife loves the reciprocal benefits with the Westin & Sheraton Black Rock Hotels a short (free) shuttle down the beach - the shopping at the nearby plaza, the sunsets with drinks in hand, and back to our complex for a private cook-out next to the pools. This was the best Christmas ever - the Villa was immaculate, the beaches warm and heavenly, with all the amenities of a Westin resort in a wonderful family atmosphere. I think we know where we'll be spending Christmas form now on! Thanks for a great week and being so easy and honorable to deal with!!
