With complete Southern exposure to take in the warm Arizona days, there is also a large outdoor covered patio for those who want to stay cool. The home is equipped with surround sound so you can enjoy the music of your choice as there are built in speakers throughout the outside pool area. While relaxing in the yard grab a beverage and enjoy the views of McDowell Mountain and Troon Mountain where you will see amazing sunsets as you unwind. There is an outdoor patio dining set along with full lounge chairs and side tables to relax and soak up the sunny days. Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub combo is shared by the third and fourth bedroom and is known as a Jack and Jill Bathroom. The separate sink areas offer privacy while you get ready. Ample closet space in all bedrooms. The kitchen opens up to the Great Room and again has spectacular views of McDowell and Troon Mountain. The family room has a huge luxurious L shaped couch with separate chair and ottoman. DVD player, 50 inch TV in great room, Surround Sound throughout the home.
