Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub combo is shared by the third and fourth bedroom and is known as a Jack and Jill Bathroom. The separate sink areas offer privacy while you get ready. Ample closet space in all bedrooms.
The kitchen opens up to the Great Room and again has spectacular views of McDowell and Troon Mountain. The family room has a huge luxurious L shaped couch with separate chair and ottoman. DVD player, 50 inch TV in great room, Surround Sound throughout the home. There is a Breakfast Bar in the kitchen along with a eat in kitchen area. Fireplace in Great Room.
