This is as close to the water as you can get. Enjoy the sound of the ocean surf and the sweeping views from this top floor premium condominium while being only steps from the best and most secluded section of Sandy Beach. After driving through the gated access you will see the impressive architecture of the grand courtyard that opens to the pool area and the beach beyond.
The Sonoran Sun Resort is very private, not only because of its gated access and great security, but because it has the fewest number of conos of any of the luxury resorts in Rocky Point. You will enjoy the relative quiet, yet the resort has all of the amenities and services you will need, including a convenience store, and fitness center. There are two pools (one heated), two jacuzzis, a swim up bar, tennis court, and free-access computer terminals. The five star restaurant is rated among the best in Rocky Point, yet it has reasonable prices and is especially well-know for it's quality and value.
You will be staying in a premium rated condominium of the preferred West Tower. From the very private balcony of your unit, you will enjoy watching the surf, and relax while gazing out to the horizon. Rocky Point is famous for it's beautiful sunsets, which are some of the most amazing that you will ever see. After dark, the twinkling city lights of Rocky Point will brighten as the arc of the lighthouse beacon sweeps across the expanse. Later, the lights of shrimp boats can be seen dotting the horizon as the stars brighten. On moonlit nights the ocean view is most spectacular.
The furniture is new, and what does not show in the photos is that both bedrooms have King size beds with the highest quality matress sets. The living room sectional has a queen sofa-bed so that there is room for 6 guests. The entertainment center has a 50-inch flat screen cable TV, DVR and CD player, and of course each bedroom has it's own cable TV and VCR.
The condo is fully equipped with everything that you will need, including it's own private laundry room which is not shown. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, automatic dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender, along with all of the pots, pans, knives and cooking utensils necessary to prepare any meal. There is a water cooler with an unlimited supply of free 5-gallon bottles of purified water.
If you selected the Sonoran Sun Resort then you obviously know your way around Rocky Point. We just began renting our condo and we know that it is one of the best values on the entire beach, but we may offer additional discounts or FREE nights depending on your length of your stay and the season, so be sure to call and ask.
You will need to bring your own beach towels (which are not provided) and any beach chairs, toys, etc. to enhance your beach time.
