  • We spent a week at Steve & Lea's Condo #411 and thoroughly enjoyed such a lovely place to stay. The furnishings were beautiful with everything you could think of provided. We enjoyed watching the ocean from the lanai everyday and the grounds were beautifully kept. We felt like we had our own private garden looking out from the living room and lanai. This condo is an ideal home away from home while visiting Kauai. Thanks for the memories, Steve and Lea.

  • For the past several years we have spent the month of January in # 411 Poipu Sands. Lea & Steve have created a warm, welcoming home here in this wee corner of Paradise. The unit is beautifully decorated and spotless, everything here is top notch, all the thoughtful extras makes one feel at home. It is so nice being on ground level with no one above or below. Out the door and you can run, walk , hike or go watch the whales. You are minutes from great restaurants, 2 golf courses or spa at the Hyatt. Almost wish it was January again.

Unit 411 was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped - even down to the nice touches with the unit's own soaps and shampoos.   • Just got home from a wonderful vacation in Kauai. Wow, what a great spot you have! We really enjoyed ourselves. THought we had a great location on the island and a perfect condo. You have done a great job of keeping the place up to date. I loved the kitchen. The whole place was spotless clean. We look forward to going there again soon.

  • Having rented Poipu Sands #411 for a number of years, it has become our "home away from home" in HI. We are constantly surprised and pleased by the owner's updates and improvements each time we are there. The unit is well equipped for those wishing to do their own cooking, and the barbecue is just a short walk from the lanai. Or, if you are just looking for R&R, there are lots of great eating spots nearby. Our experience there has always been very positive, and we will definitely be going back. Anyone looking for a very clean and well equipped vacation home should definitely consider this gem. We highly recomment it.
