    What a wonderful experience to walk into this condo. It is beautifully decorated, and in immaculate condition. The owners have thought of everything, Well supplied cupboards and drawers were carefully labeled with the contents, which was very helpful. A large notebook with instructions and information on just about everything was also invaluable. The owners even supplied a thoughtful welcome basket of island goodies. Not only is this condo beautiful, but the setting is lush and gorgeous. We have stayed in several Poipu condos, and this one is, by far, the best. We have already reserved it for our next Kauai vacation.

    We arrived at the condo on August 18th to August 25th, 2012 and were so happy to see that everything was exactly as pictured & described! The condo was perfect for us and it had absolutely everything we needed. The grounds around the complex are amazaing and very well kept. I was a little concerned about not having a/c put with all the fans and the breeze from the ocean a short distance away we were very confortable. We would not hesitate for a moment if we ever re-visit Kauai to stay again at Steve & Lea's condo as it felt just like home.

    Just perfect. Exceptionally well-stocked modern, comfortable kitchen. In fact, the entire condo includes everything you would ever need - beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels. Such nice soaps/shampoo/etc....even aloe vera (which I needed!) The bed is extra comfortable. The never-full parking lot is a few steps from the front door. The pool is about 100 steps away, but why go there when the perfect Shipwreck Beach (at the 5-Star Hyatt) is a short walk away? Old Koloa Town is charming - just enough restuarants and shops to be interesting but not so big that you lose that Hawaiian feeling. Great farmers market on Wednesday. Steve and Lea are wonderful and professional to work with. EXCELLENT!

    My wife Frances and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Poipu Sands Luxury Beach Resort Condo, in Kauai, Hawaii, to find that it more than met any expectations we had imagined in a "luxury condo." Not only was it luxurious, it was spotlessly clean and equpped with all the bells and whistles one could hope to have in a beach resort condo. Bring your clothes and your golf clubs and leave the rest at home, you won't need anything else. The ocean is right at your back door as well as a swimming pool, and the flowers are so vibrant and landscaping at Poipu Sands so manicured you just can't stop taking pictures. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable that we wanted to sleep until noon every day but we got up early because we only had a week to see all Kauai has to offer. We caught Mahi-mahi, golfed at 3 different golf courses and ate at the very best restaurants and had a fantastic 7 days and nights. I will be back to Poipu Sands Condominium, and you can take that to the bank! Lee and Frances Goodwin, retired May 7 thru 14, 2012

    this by far was the nicest condo we've ever stayed in. It was comfortably furnished, provided a completely modern kitchen with top of the line appliances and plenty of utensils to make cooking easy. We like to cook and eat on the lanai and we had every meal out there enjoying the view of the ocean and listening to the surf. Beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, boogie board were provided to make our each adventures fun. The toiletries provided were personalized with our Unit #. We will definitely return to this unit.

    Everything was just as advertised - very updated, clean and superb location. The Condo was perfect and served us very well. It was great to come back to a fully stocked home-base each evening after our escapades on Kauai. Great snorkeling with in 1 mile from the Condo, excellent golf courses, and the Na Pali Coast kayak trip was out of this world. The owners were very prompt and professional with responding to our questions, and there were no surprises! I would recommend this south shore Condo to all who want to take in the island of Kauai.     We just returned from a 10-day stay at Steve and Lea's lovely condo. What a great place!!! Beautifully furnished with attention to detail. We wanted to go to the beach one day and found beach chairs! The condo is centrally located, so it's easy to get around. The landscaping is immaculate, so it's very nice to sit on the lanai and watch the world go by. Thanks, Steve and Lea!!!!

    Search no further! This is the place you want in Kauai!! We spent a glorious 2 weeks in Poipu this summer and loved every minute of our stay in this clean, spacious, beautifully decorated condo. The location was excellent with the Hyatt and beach just steps away, and the pool was a favorite place to relax too. Steve and Lea anticipated our every need and the condo was so welcoming and cozy. The granite kitchen (fully equiped with everything you could possibly need!) and bathroom were wonderful, as was the king bed and many decorating touches that made it feel like home. With no one above you, this bungalow was very quiet and private. The barbeques right across from us were so handy and we lounged on the lanai every night, enjoying our meals. There was a great collection of movies and books, beach gear and cooler - we had everything we could possibly need! Poipu beach was just minutes away with great snorkelling and boogie boarding, and Old Koloa town was a great place to browse and enjoy nightly ice cream. Kauai has endless beaches all around the island and each is worth exploring. Highly recommended is the helicpoter ride over the island which was absolutely stunning!Thank you, Steve and Lea for making this such an amazing place that we will return to again and again!

    I just wanted to write to say we had a fantastic stay, May 13-30, 2009, in the condo. We have been to several condos on Kauai, and yours has been the most comfortable - we especially liked the living room furniture and the bed (we never woke up with backaches). Wonderful place.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Poipu Sands complex in August 2008 - the spacious grounds, the pool, privacy and access to beaches is fantastic. Unit 411 was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped - even down to the nice touches with the unit's own soaps and shampoos. Steve and Lea have thought of everything to make a stay very comfortable - thank you!

    Just got home from a wonderful vacation in Kauai. Wow, what a great spot you have! We really enjoyed ourselves. THought we had a great location on the island and a perfect condo. You have done a great job of keeping the place up to date. I loved the kitchen. The whole place was spotless clean. We look forward to going there again soon.

    Having rented Poipu Sands #411 for a number of years, it has become our "home away from home" in HI. We are constantly surprised and pleased by the owner's updates and improvements each time we are there. The unit is well equipped for those wishing to do their own cooking, and the barbecue is just a short walk from the lanai. Or, if you are just looking for R&R, there are lots of great eating spots nearby. Our experience there has always been very positive, and we will definitely be going back. Anyone looking for a very clean and well equipped vacation home should definitely consider this gem. We highly recomment it.

    A fabulous, beautiful place to stay with all of the amenities! This condominimum is next to fabulous gardens, beautiful beaches and the location served well for the many activities we enjoyed in Kauai. I would definitely book this condo for my next stay on this gorgeous island!

    This condo has class and style written all over it. There's no better way to experience Hawaii than in a luxury condo with the comforts of home away from home, on a paradise island! It's also very convenient to everything, several nice beaches, activities, great restaurants! It's perfect! Kauai is the most beautiful, serene island and by far the best of them all. I will be visiting annually and will definitely come back to this warm and very inviting condo!

    We recently stayed at your beautiful condo for the second time. The peaceful sounds of the ocean and beautiful grounds were wonderful. The new furniture and remodeled kitchen / bath look great. Can't wait for our next stay !
