Make reservations for this BEAUTIFUL townhome on Lake LBJ. Perfect for outdoor activities year round or just need to get a way from it all. There are fishing and hunting in the area or try a round of golf or tennis at the world-class facilities. All water sports available with easy boat and jet ski rentals from the marina nearby. Stroll the quaint town of Marble Falls for shopping, movies and restaurants. There's even the Hill Country Theater for local talent.
The townhome is conveniently located near the Horseshoe Bay Resort on beautiful Lake LBJ (a constant water level regardless of the weather!). Enjoy two cozy bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom consist with a great king-size bed, walk-in closet, double vanity, full bath and a GREAT oversize window overlooking the lakeside. The Second bedroom consists of a spacious full bath, oversize vanity, a twin trundle bed, another twin and a double/twin bunk bed. A full bath and a queen sleeper sofa are located on the ground floor.
The main floor has a simple living room, dining table/chairs, bar stools, small wet bar, stocked kitchen of pots/pans, utensils plus more! Nevertheless, it has an extreme view of the LAKE!
Enjoy the amenities of a covered ELECTRIC boat slip/lift, Jet Ski ramp and elevated patio with a large gas grill and patio furniture, set up for awesome entertaining.
Our guest has had their kids catching perch one right after the other just off the dock. We are adjacent to a spring fed creek that empties into the lake and makes a wonderful swimming area for children of all ages.
Enjoy a ten-minute walk to the new Marriott Resort and Spa and Starbucks (got to have their coffee).
