All water sports available with easy boat and jet ski rentals from the marina nearby. There are fishing and hunting in the area or try a round of golf or tennis at the world-class facilities. The quaint town of Marble Falls is minutes away for shopping, movies and restaurants. There's even the Hill Country Theater for local talent. The townhome is conveniently located in Horseshoe Bay Resort on beautiful Lake LBJ (constant level regardless of the weather!). Enjoy two bedrooms and three full bathrooms. There is a master and guest suite encompassing the entire top floor. The master has a king-size bed overlooking the lakeside patio. The guest room has a trundle bed with two twins and a double/twin bunk bed. A full bath and sleeper sofa are located on the ground floor. The living room opens out to the covered boat slip, jet ski ramp and elevated patio. Full kitchen and wet bar on the main floor. The patio has a great view of a beautiful cove and a gas grill. The townhome includes electric boat lift. Our boys love catching perch one right after the other off of the dock. We are adjacent to a spring fed creek that empties into the lake and makes a wonderful swimming area for children of all ages. Ten minute walk to the new Marriott Resort and Spa and Starbucks.
