Make reservations for this private BEAUTIFUL 2-story townhome located on Lake LBJ. This Texas Hill Country Retreat is in the heart of Horseshoe Bay and within walking distance to the Marriott, the Marina & Yacht Club.
Two bedrooms and two full-baths are located upstairs and the master bedroom has an oversized viewing window looking out onto the lake, as well as a walk-in closet, and double vanity. The Second bedroom has a full-bath, oversize vanity, twin trundle bed, another twin and a double/twin bunk bed. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with all the furnishings you can possibly need, plus a full bath and the sofa is a queen sleeper.
Perfect for outdoor activities year round or just need to get away from it all. There are fishing and hunting in the area or try a round of golf or tennis at the excellent facilities.
All water sports available with easy boat and Jet Ski rentals from the marina nearby. Enjoy a ten-minute walk to the Marriott Resort & Spa for a cup of Starbucks coffee (have to have their coffee). Or stroll the quaint town of Marble Falls for shopping, movies and restaurants (Blue Bonnet Cafe-town favorite). There is even the Hill Country Theater for local talent.
Enjoy the amenities of a covered ELECTRIC boat slip/lift, Jet Ski ramp and elevated patio with a large gas grill and patio furniture, set up for awesome entertaining.
Our guest has stated their kids are catching fish one right after the other just off the dock conveniently located right out the door. We are adjacent to a spring fed creek that empties into the lake and makes a wonderful swimming area for children of all ages.
