This is our third stay at the Alyeska Getaway, and it our favorite place to stay in Girdwood. It is in a great loccation to walk to the Day Lodge or other local restaurants and fairs in the area. We love the sauna and hot tub! The owners have been great to work with, especially when we were planning a last minute getaway. We will definetly be back! Thanks Again for the Great place.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This place is FILTHY!! You do not want to stay here. The pictures are VERY misleading, the bathroom is taped up so you cant use it, as well as the temperature gauge..The hot tub is gross, and smells very bad..There is too many things wrong with this place to mention.. I would not recommend this property to anyone..
Owner response:I will never understand people, they are so nice until they dont get what they want. After this person was given an unbelieveable discount of $750.00 off a week stay she was charged $125.00 late check out because she didnt leave until 7.00 pm without getting approvel and the guest's that were checking-in had to stay somewere else until our cleaners could get in to clean. To make it worse she was very rud to the cleaners when they were ask to leave. During there week stay they had plenty of time to call and tell us they had a problem but they did not, she only made up her reveiw after she was notified she would be charged a late check out. We have a guest book that if full of happy and return renters.
