This 3-bedroom, 3 full bath, smoke-free condo is located on True Blue Golf Course overlooking an 8 acre lake to the 18th hole tee & clubhouse! You will be very comfortable here after a long day of fun in the sun. This first floor condo has a screened-in porch to enjoy the outdoors and late afternoon sunsets and is custom decorated with quality furniture & TV's in every room.
The master bedroom, with a full bath and queen-size bed, opens to the screened-in porch. The second bedroom has twin beds with a full bath adjacent. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a private full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a washer/dryer.
A nearby amenity center offers a cool refreshing way to relax that features a large pool, a kid’s pool, a kid’s play area as well as a Jacuzzi. A second pool is just across the parking area for a quick dip or late night swim.
History abounds in Pawleys Island, as it is the oldest seaside community in America. True Blue Golf & Racquet Club was rated one of AMERICA'S TOP GREATEST PUBLIC COURSES BY GOLF DIGEST. Many other golf courses are located nearby. Public beaches are located within a 5-minute drive. Other nearby interests include Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Broadway at the Beach, plantation tours, deep sea fishing, Myrtle Beach, Charleston (1 hour)and Georgetown (15 minutes).

My family and I enjoyed our vacation so much !! The condo was immaculate and all the beds were so comfortable. We happened to go when it was very hot and being able to walk into someplace that was so private and cool was wonderful. Our total party was 7 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Everything we needed was provided and next time I will not pack as much. Thank you for the use of your condo. Barb Davis

We really enjoyed our week in July at the Condominium at True Blue. It was a first floor condo so no steps were involved. It had everything we needed. Having the linens was a big plus. ...also soaps and toilet tissues were provided. We only needed our food. The condo was bright and cheerful. It was immaculately clean. We spent each morning on the screened patio watching the golfers get started and watching the birds. An occasional alligator floated across the lake and once a golfer hit a ball within feet of one that was sunning in the sand pit. ...not to worry, they were a great distance from the condo. The pools were very nice although we spent our time on the beach enjoying the beautiful ocean. I would highly recommend this condo for those interested in visiting the Pawley's area.
