This 1900 square foot home is perfect for two families (comfortably sleeps 9) or a group of friends looking to enjoy all that Summit County has to offer. Bedrooms are located on lower and upper levels with kitchen, family and dining rooms on main level.
Upstairs is the master bedroom (queen w/ private bath) and second bedroom (queen). Downstairs you will find a room with set of bunk beds and twin bed perfect for the kids along. In addition, there is a den with a comfortable double futon.
Relax and watch TV, videos, or cable in the main floor family room or downstairs den.
Enjoy views of the surrounding mountains and listen to the creek from one of two private balconies off the main level.
Washer and dryer located on lower level. Linens provided.
No need to deal with the hassle of parking at the ski resorts when you are located just two blocks from the free Summit Stage bus system that will drop you off just steps from the lifts at Copper Mountain or Breckenridge in less than 20 minutes. Staying in Frisco also allows you to access Vail/Beaver Creek and Keystone all within a 30 minute drive.
The property is conveniently located right on the bike path and less than 1/4 mile from a great little park. Walk out the garage and within 5 feet you will be on the bike/walking path.
We have owned property in Frisco for seven years and are happy to recommend activities, dining, ski/bike rentals, and answer your general questions before/during/after your stay.
