Welcome to a luxury three bedroom, three bathroom condo with ten foot ceilings, a screened lanai and private sun deck patio located on the third floor at the Regatta overlooking Vanderbilt Beach Bay. It is across the street from the Ritz Carlton Hotel and nearby to sandy white beaches, and stunning, colorful sunsets.
In addition to the covered screened lanai, unique to third floor units in buildings 400 and 410, each unit has a spacious 25’ x 40’ sundeck. Perfect for private sun bathing, a cat nap with a good book, or hosting an evening get together as you look out over the moon lit bay. This additional space adds wonderful outdoor living possibilities to your stay in “paradise”.
We include a 35’ x 14’ beam boat slip located adjacent to the patio for your boating pleasure if you choose to rent a boat for part of your stay.
Professionally decorated this unit is 2,100 square foot and has a generous-sized great room for comfortable living and dining. It features an entertainment center w/DVD & VCR, comfortable seating and a round dining room table for six people. New carpeting and interior paint refreshed. Complete kitchen w/china, glassware and linens. The countertops are ivory Corian and complement the custom cabinets which connects to a comfortable snack/breakfast bar with chair back stools. Separate laundry room with washer, dryer and scrub sink.
The master bedroom suite is extraordinary with a king-size bed, dresser, two large night stands, television, master bath with shower room, separate tub and a large walk in dressing room. This well-designed suite permits you to enjoy breath-taking views from the private lanai and large sun deck patio (25’x 40’). It is one of the few condominiums at the Regatta to have this luxury, complete with patio furniture. Private stairway to the second deck where the adult pool is located or to the boat dock.
The second suite has twin beds, dresser, night stand, television and private bathroom with shower, and a walk-in closet.
The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, night stand, television and is situated by the hallway bathroom with shower.
Amenities: On-site large, beautiful waterfall pool with walk in entry, a wading area, and a spa Jacuzzi hot tub. The pool area has a fitness center, community room, grill area and refrigerator for your use. A second adult lap pool and sunning area is located at the other end of the building.
Security: The Regatta is a gated entry community with a security guard. In addition to elevator this condo offers both front and rear stairway exits for your safety.

My new wife and I stay at the Regatta often. She has had a place there for years. We came into town for our wedding and needed an extra place for our family to stay. We, and they could not have been more satified with how we were treated, how profesional they were, and with condo itself. I would highly recomend this place to anyone. They made our family feel at home while they were in town for our wedding! Thanks again!

Our family rented this condo in late June, 2011. We had a terrific time. This particular condo has much more square footage than other 3 BR / 3 BA condos at the Regatta. Our stay was stress free and everything about the condo was wonderful. Working with the owner was very simple. He was honest and efficient. We will stay at this Regatta Unit again if we have the desire to return to Naples.

We spent a week at the condo (June 2011) and it exceeded our expectations! The condo was extremely clean and very spacious. All the furnishings were nice and up to date. The kitchen was well equipped and very nice. The patio and the sun deck were wonderful!!! We were traveling with children (7, 4 & 1 years old) and this was a perfect location to the beach. The walk took us less then 10 minutes. El was fantastic, he answered all of my questions and provided various insights. He had a pack and play, beach toys and even a sun umbrella for us to use. The pool at the complex was great, huge sun deck are and the zero entry was fantastic for our one year old. The older kids loved the waterfall. I can not stress how wonderful this rental was, we are frequent VRBO users and usually the pictures are better then the actual home, but in this case I think the rental truly exceeded our expectations! Thank you El and we hope to be back again!!!

This was an outstanding property! The owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The condo was immaculate and spacious. The extended lanai was amazing, beds were comfortable and the condo was beautifully appointed and cozy. The resort style pool with the water fall was so peaceful. The Regatta is located in a prime area of Naples with everything so close~beach, shopping and dining. If you are looking to stay in Naples I would highly recommend this condo. This property was ideal for our recent spring break week in Florida. We travelled with three other families who also rented at the Regatta, and this property was the newest, cleanest and offered the most abundant space. We loved the lanai and the extended lanai. The rooms were all very spacious and well maintained. The property pool, grills and gazebo were wonderful for our large group gatherings. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and provided feedback immediately. The owner even adjusted his normal arrival day requirement to accommodate our early arrival. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope for the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at this unit in the Regatta in April 2010 as another unit we rented was cancelled at the last minute. Our experience with the owner, El, has been nothing less than fantastic. The unit is just as described and a great value vs. other condo units in Naples. The unit was clean and up to date and close to all of the action in Naples (the beds are sooooo comfortable). We loved it so much we have already rebooked for 2011, this is the best kept secret in the Regatta.
