This gorgeous recently newly furnished condo at North Coast Village in Oceanside, California, San Diego County has all of the luxuries of home. Our beautiful and tropical complex is the only such complex that sits right on the BEACH.
This beautiful 2 bdrm condo has been remodeled from kitchen to bathroom granite counter tops. Sleep comfort has always been important to me when I travel and therefore I always provide the same for my guests. Some of my guests have even commented that my beds are more comfortable than their own.
The grounds at North Coast Village are groomed to perfection and you will love the Koi Ponds that sit beneath the lovely stilted homeowners office. There are small streams and ponds throughout the complex and it truly feels as though you are in a tropical paradise. You can relax at the pool or take long walks on the beautifully maintained Oceanside beaches.
The 'HUGE' roof top 'OCEAN VIEW BALCONY' has a great table for 6 (dining outside or inside) and a BBQ for your dining pleasure. There is also a second balcony on the main level.
The complex is also five minutes from Camp Pendleton and Legoland and as we are located midway between San Diego and Los Angeles, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Sea World, Our 'WORLD' famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park are ALL within an hours drive.
Now you can walk down to the harbor or pier, do a little shopping or a little dining, we have some of the finest seafood restaurants in San Diego County. Fish from the Oceanside Pier or eat at Ruby's diner, a 50's restaurant with malts and hamburgers, just like the 'Happy Days'.
The outside amphi-theatre is in full swing during peak summer season for concerts and special events.
Ever been to Mexico? This is your big chance....Tijuana is a great place to shop and barter to your hearts content all just 45 minutes drive south, go down a little further to visit the famous 'Rosarito Beach Hotel' and more. You can either drive your car to the border and take a bus to the local shopping areas or drive and park your car in a secured lot on Revelucion by the Tijuana Tilly's Restaurant.
Billiards and Ping Pong are just a few of the on site activities along with a putting green and an area of gas barbecues. Often there are free yoga classes or Bridge games available too.
Walk to the pier with it's restaurant at the end or the harbor with its boats and Cape Cod-style shops. A new movie complex in town competes with bowling and roller-skating. There are often antique shows and art shows downtown too. In the summer we have a series of concerts at the pier. These are the best sandy beaches in North San Diego County.

Hi we just stayed at this condo with our family of 5 and we were very comfortable and the condo was totally equiped with everything you would need to go to the beach/pool! Stocked with all cooking supplies, extra sheets, towels and blankets! Close to everything. The biggest plus was that it was extremely close to camp pendleton like 5 mins away. Ideal location for families visitng their marine. Both the condo and property clean. Def would stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We came to Oceanside to welcome our son home from Afghanistan so we knew we were going to have an outstanding stay in Oceanside but we were very happy with this condo. The view from the upper deck was extraordinary. We loved that deck. The beds were comfortable and as were the couch and loveseat. The only complaint was the ceiling fan in the dining area. It was too low for my husband and son who are a bit over 6 ft tall. They both hit their heads on it. And I also would get rid of the rug in the dining room. The one chair did not want to roll properly. But other than that we had a great stay and would definitely go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
Owner response: Hello Susan and family, I am so glad you enjoyed the condo and the lovely balcony upstairs, as well as the decor and beds. mI do apologize about the ceiling fan in the dining room, unfortunately with the staircase right there, there is only one kind of fan that works with the slant, I hope the table was placed in the middle of it upon your arrival, that should aleviate it being in the way somewhat. I also understand the rug situation, that was a request by the HOA, as my condo was grandfathered with having tile throughout but the noise was a bit much in that area so I accommodated the HOA's request as well of the respecting the guests below in regards to noise especially with my rolling chairs LOL. We really enjoyed our time here at "Paradise by the Sea". The grounds are beautiful and the condo very comfortable,the massage chair was a big hit! Your condo is gorgeous! We had everything we needed and loved the "extras" like the candy bowl and the massage chair. Your beds are so comfortable I slept better here than at home. It is very obvious that you care about your clients and your customer service is well above! I'm so glad I found you! Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful condo. It has all the comforts of home and more! This was my family's first vacation in three years and we really enjoyed the quality of time staying here provided. We spent our days and evenings here. Everything was perfect,from the boogie boards,sand chairs,sand toys,well appointed kitchen,comfortable beds,internet(yes my teenager was thrilled she could connect on Facebook),and the amazing view from the deck upstairs. About the owner: I retired after 25 yrs in Corporate America in 1999 and started a cleaning service for something to do part time. After a year of doing homes, I was asked to help someone at North Coast Village while she went on vacation. After seeing the complex and the possibilities, plus the need for a good cleaning service, I moved my business there and within a few months had 26 units. 2 yrs later I decided to buy 3 condos and since my cleaning clients had been encouraging me to handle their bookings too, I decided to start as a full time rental/booking agent and I now have 17 condos plus my 3. My favorite part of this business is speaking with the potential guests and seeing how I can make their vacation a very special and memorable one. I have 20 very nice condos that anyone would love to stay in. I have also been a member of the 'Oceanside Chamber of Commerce' for 5 yrs now.

We have a hair dryer in every unit and offer a welcome gift baskets for those late night arrivals and the kids are hungry. The best of all is my units are CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!
