Thank you for renting your beautiful condo to our family. Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful condo. It has all the comforts of home and more! This was my family's first vacation in three years and we really enjoyed the quality of time staying here provided. We spent our days and evenings here. Everything was perfect,from the boogie boards,sand chairs,sand toys,well appointed kitchen,comfortable beds,internet(yes my teenager was thrilled she could connect on Facebook),and the amazing view from the deck upstairs. We loved watching the fireworks at Camp Pendelton from the deck. My children and I are looking forward to coming here again next summer!

Your condo is gorgeous! We had everything we needed and loved the "extras" like the candy bowl and the massage chair. Your beds are so comfortable I slept better here than at home. My family and I had a fantastic vacation in this condo. There were so many little things that make this condo special from the massage chair to all the beach accessories to the candy dish. Not to mention the community spa, pool, koi pond and beautiful landscaping. Oh and don't forget that it's just steps to the beach. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We just love Oceanside and this is the best place we've stayed so far. Pam made everything very easy for us at check in and check out and left no stone unturned with her binder of things to do and places to go in the area. One more thing....most comfortable bed I've slept in for a while. When can you go on vacation and say that their bed is more comfortable than your one at home?!

We REALLY enjoyed our time here at Paradise by the Sea. The grounds are beautiful and the condo was very comftorable. The massage chair A BIG hit! Hit the Farmers Market early Thursday- great produce and the strawberries were awesome! We also enjoyed walking down the pier and the harbor. The flowers around the grounds were beautiful! Just returned for a week long stay with the family. No complaints on the condo (my wife loved the massage chair) and kids loved the beach (the condo comes with beach supplies) and pool/hot tub. We liked the fact the condo was part of a HOA with a pool and hot tub as all the days weren't warm enough for the ocean. Centrally located for Balboa/Newport as well as Seaworld and San Diego. Legoland about 4 miles away and was fun - we recommend stopping by and picking strawberries for a treat on your way there!

Dear Pamela, We came to welcome our son home from Afghanistan. We chose your place so he have his own space and eat and sleep when he wanted. Pam we feel so blessed to have been able to utilize your beautiful condo. Cooked a couple of meals and invited others to join us had a BBQ at the pool. We loved taking long walks down to the beach and pier. WE stayed right here 90% of the time to relax and unwind. We hope to come back again.

Pamela, Thanks so very much for making our Oceanside vacation wonderful! I've never seen a rental condo furnished with so much! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was so we'll stocked with everything! I have a friend who resides in Vista and she stayed overnight with us for 4 nights.....shae had a great time too! The pool is awesome and the hot tub. I'd love to come back again next year, as one week just doesn't give one enough time to see everything there is to do in San Diego! Pamela, We had an enjoyable vacation while staying in your beautiful condo. We appreciated all of the extras, stocked kitchen and bathrooms, water dispenser, lots of towels. The rooftop deck was great, especially when the baby was sleeping. Only a 15 (for us anyway) minute walk to the pier and very close to Camp Pendleton. The pool was nice too, lots of chairs and shade. The grounds are gorgeous! We would be very sad about leaving, but we will be back next month (in your other unit). Thank you!

Pam, We really enjoyed the beach condo. What a marvelous view from the upper deck! The location was perfect for us, easy to get to main attractions. The couches were a welcome relief after a day of heavy consumption. The massaging lounge chair was a big hit. If only I could take it home with me-- I would then have no further use for my wife. HA HA

Pamela - this was a great time to just kick back and relax. Enjoyed looking at the ocean. The grounds here are very beautiful and people are friendly. As far as the condo goes, you thought of everything so we could just come and not have to worry about toys (boogie boards - chairs - wet suit - which my son did wear once). All the comforts of home. There is so much to do and not enough time to do it all so I guess we'll just have to come back and try again. Also my kids thank you for all the candy in the bowl. They ate it all. Thanks again.

Last year at the Relay for Life, I participated in the silent auction. I wanted a weekend stay at a condo on the beach in Oceanside and I "won" purchased it. Pamela was so nice to donate ithis weekend so the proceeds would go to the ACS! Win, win, win and I appreciated and needed this trip so much. Talk about RELAXING! I knew that I was going to love it here the moment I walked in. Besides the walk on the beach, we never left the grounds - really the condo but we did adventure out to the pool and jacuzzi and it was breathtaking to walk through the grounds. This weekend couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you for your kindness, ease of booking, beautiful vacation spot, everything we needed was here! A+ I can't wait to tell people about this amazing getaway - everything I could have ever imagined and more. P.S. The upstairs bed was heavenly!

My two daughters & I had a wonderful stay. The condo was everything that I had hoped for and more. It was super clean, and nicely furnished with a complete kitchen. It was fun to visit with family in town and still have great lodging conveniently located. I would definitely book another stay in the future.

The place is awesome, we all had a wonderful time. The beach is very special to all of us. What a great wonder the ocean is! We had a beautiful "full moon" at the end of our trip! While whale watching, the dolphins (several of them) swam at the bow of our boat, which seemed like it was strictly for our entertainment. The pool and the grounds here are TOP NOTCH and Pam, your services were above and beyond our expectations (even picked us up at the train station). You are soooo nice and I/we enjoyed meeting you. We normally go to the zoo several times per trip (with before and after naps of course) and the Wild Animal Park a couple of times....as we are members. That was what we planned on doing this trip, but after the Wild Animal Park one day and Pamela upgrading us to her beautiful 2 bdrm penthouse, we decided to just stay on the grounds and relax.
