I stayed for a month at Chris's condo and had a really fun time. He's really easy going and there were no issues with any part of the stay. The condo itself is very quiet and nicely furnished. High quality all around. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at Chris's condo for 2 days. The unit is a luxuriously furnished unit with a king bed and a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper was big enough for 2 adults and 4 of us stayed comfortably in the unit. There is a fridge/tv available in the unit which allows you to bring and store food/drinks if need be. Also its a smoke free environment so a welcome relief from the casinos. The only con is that its a decent walk to the casino even with the moving walkways as its in tower 3.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

I stayed here a weekend and it was very pleasant and easy dealing. The attention I received from Chris and Joe at check in and prior to check in was great!! I recommend you rent from them. The room was clean and very nice. I will rent from Chris and Joe anytime I go to Vegas as long as the room is available. THANKS GUYS!!! You guys are the best!!!

Clean Quite Room and Excellent Service

Chris and Joe are professional and wonderful to work with. They eased my worry about booking with a stranger. The room was in excellent condition and better than what I expected. The building is away from the casino so its quiet but it's close enough (short 10 min walk - all in doors), to reach. I had a wonderful time and would have no problems with using them again the next time I'm heading over to Vegas.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Honeymoon in Vegas

We spent the last few nights of our Honeymoon in this room and it was just magnificent. The bed was by far the most comfortable bed that both my husband and I have ever slept on and the suite was just divine. The bathroom was huge and I especially loved the enormous spa, Our overall stay was fantastic, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this suite to all of my family and friends or any one looking to stay in Vegas.

What a great Valentine's weekend we had! The room was fantastic. It's so nice not to hear your neighbors or outside traffic when sleeping. Bring some food to utilize there kitchen, it will save you a bundle to spend on Vegas shows! The jacuzzi bath was a bonus after walking miles and miles on the strip. I'd recommend using the monorail, we did not drive at all for 3 days. I would rate this an A+ getaway location. Steve & Deb, Ventura, CA

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Joe and Chris and staying in there apartments on a number of occasions now. The apartments in Vegas are nothing short of fantastic and when you compare the price of other hotels and there accomodations with this apartment they simply dont compare. Both Joe and Chris reply to emails quickly and are extremley attentive. The staff at the signature are fantastic and nothing is to much to ask. If your looking for an affordable 5 star apartment right in the heart of Vegas you have found it here. I would not of been back there three times if it wasnt as good as I say. Thanks Joe and Chris.

Not only was Joe terrific to work with and prompt with all emails, but the Signature staff was impeccable---excellent servide, extremely nice; suite was phenomenal--jacuzzi tub, king size bed, amenities of 5-star hotel without the high price! Would HIGHLY recommend (and we are very picky!)and would work with Joe on future rentals!

We loved staying at the Signature. I had a few cd's with me, so the first thing I did was put on some piano jazz that really set the mood in this upscale, modern condo. Room service was fantastic and the entire staff made us feel very special. We rented a car for the first time in Vegas since parking was not an issue, and enjoyed seeing more than just the strip. Overall this was a very good experience that I would highly recommend for visitors to Vegas that are interested in more than just gambling.

This was our first trip to Vegas as well as our first vacation together so we wanted something special since we were going to Vegas to get married. We couldn't have asked for anything better. The suite was exactly as pictured. The bed was like heaven - I dont think I have slept so good in years. Joe and Chris were absolutely wonderful and easy to communicate with - as they also gave us a great price given our situation and the fact that we were staying over Thanksgiving. I did tons of research on the hotels in Vegas before making the final decision and it was the best on eI could have made. I can not see myself staying in something less luxurious next time around. The staff was wonderful the concierge was there whenever we needed him - even to stand by the computer and print out our boarding passes for the trip home. The hotel itself is like a sanctuary - we didn't even know there was anybody else on the same floor let alone a family right next door until the last day of our trip when we happened to bump into them in the hall. Would definitely stay here again and call Joe and Chris when planning on doing so.

This was my first time to Las Vegas, after checking out most of the hotel/casino's over the weekend, I would definitely recommend staying at Signature. It is a little quieter, the people there could not have been more helpful and pleasant. The suite itself was wonderful. Great king size bed, nice big whirlpool tub in bathroom, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Joe was fabulous to work with. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Vegas and would definitely recommend going thru Joe and Chris to do this.

Everything was fantastic. The contact with Joe was very friendly and prompt. The price was more than reasonable for the luxury that it provides. The room was more than I could have hoped for. Absolutely first class. With a great bathroom and bath, an amazing bed, and great service from the Signature. The walk to the main casino was short and completely enclosed. Like many other comments, after staying here I will not stay anywhere else.

What a pleasure! From our communication with Joe and Chris, the owners, to staying at this Beautiful property, everything was perfect! The location is great, and we enjoyed the resort amenities, with the added luxuries of the great view, Very comfortable bed, and great staff at the Signature; always helpful and friendly. No long lines for check-in, or to get a taxi, when needed, either. How wonderful to enjoy the city, then come back to this oasis of clean, serene comfort--I never heard a door slam, or a shower running, as you do in other hotels in Vegas! This is definitely our new "home" in Vegas--thanks Joe and Chris!

Although this particular suite was not available, the property manager (Joe) was able to offer us a one-bedroom suite for an excellent price/value. He responded to our emails and inquires very quickly and was most helpful. The room was fantastic and we’d definitely seek out his services for future vacation needs.

This was positively the most enjoyable stay I have had in vegas in a long time. I almost forgot I was in Vegas. The staff was excellent and the MGM is one of the nicest Vegas Resorts. Wow! This is definately the place to stay in Vegas. The suite is first class, with everything you need for your stay in Vegas and more. The bed is extremely comfortable with several pillows of different firmness to choose from. Th bathroom is very elegant with large jaccuzi tub, and glass shower. The pools are quiet, and the fitness room is first class. The service at the front desk / valet is exceptional. They even brought us bottled water on a tray while we checked in. I can't think of another hotel that offers such excellent customer service. Well worth the walk from the hectic pace of the Las Vegas Strip. The owners of this suite were a pleasure to deal with, very prompt in replying to emails and They gave us a great last minute rate! Thanks Joe and Chris for all your assistance!

We stayed in this unit from July 23-26, 2007. It's a great place- beautifully decorated, great bed, huge bathroom, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, utensils, dishes, etc. The owners offered us a great last minute rate and were very responsive to emails. The Signature is off the beaten path, but walking distance to the beaten path. Very helpful and friendly employees in the beautiful, quiet lobby. Nice gym and pool, limited to use by Signature guests who also have access to all MGM facilities. We will stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at this condo July 19 – July 23. Everything about the MGM Signature and this unit is 1st class! The owners gave us an excellent last minute deal and they were very professional, friendly, trustworthy and accessible. The unit is superbly decorated with multiple extra luxuries (amazing bed and pillows). The fitness facility is well equipped and free (most of the big hotels charge big $$ to use their fitness centers). The pool area is wonderful with a bar/waitress, plenty of cabañas, umbrellas and cushioned loungers. It was also far less crowded and hectic than the MGM pool. The MGM restaurants and casinos are an easy 5 minute walk on enclosed moving walkways. This unit is so much better and more affordable than staying at any of the Strip luxury hotels. We will never stay anywhere else on our trips to Vegas.
