Emerald Key Condominiums provides beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico while giving you a home away from home with luxurious accommodations! Conveniently located in the city of Orange Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 203 is located on the second floor with over 1300 square feet and over looks the beach side pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Located conveniently to SanRoc Cay, Publix, Winn Dixie and other shopping, water parks, golf courses and restaurants.
This fully furnished unit provides comfortable coastal contemporary decor, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for you to relax and enjoy the sugar white sands on the beaches right out your door! A raised breakfast bar provides extra seating in the dining area. All kitchen appliances, dish ware, kitchen utensils & accessories are provided. There is also plenty of space for storage.
The living room contains a new, flat screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment. There is a large wrap around balcony with wonderful views of the beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.

I have been a resident of Baldwin County since 1981. My husband and I are real estate associate brokers and love this area for it's beautiful sugar white beaches, delicious sea food, abundance of waterways and the Gulf of Mexico.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Key
We chose Emerald Key for it's prime location to the beach, restaurants & shopping. We love the fact that there are only 18 units in the building giving it a friendly, family style atmosphere.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Unit 203 Emerald Key has a large wrap around balcony over looking the Gulf. It is on the 2nd floor so easy to access the stairs, if you prefer them to the elevator. We have a beautiful, beach side pool with waterfall and in pool seating! Great floor plan with nice sized bedrooms. The master bedroom overlooks the gulf, has a large walk in closet and master bath with jetted garden tub. Full sized washer & dryer.

We all enjoyed this place so much , what beautiful memories for 4 Generations , we will always cheerish the place. It was so clean and perfectly located, and the Great Grandparents, set out on the Balconly and watched all the fun when they needed to rest. We saw Dolphins everyday... Thanks for sharing and God Bless ! Our Experience with Susan was wonderful, very helpful

The condo was absolutely perfect. Susan was wonderful and easy to work with. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The beach was just as good, as well as the pool. I would highly recommend this condo to any future vacationers. I will absolutely rent this condo again, when we return to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Also is was perfectly located restaurants nearby and a full grocery store directly across the street.

Our first trip to Orange Beach but certainly not our last. We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was so comfortable and clean with an outstanding view of the beach and overlooking the pool as well. Convenient to lots of fun activities for all ages. We enjoyed great food, shopping. and hanging out on the beach and at the pool. We hope to stay here again next year. Thank you Susan for providing a great place to come and relax.

We sure enjoyed our two month stay at Emerald Key... It was clean, spacious, handy to stores and beach....had so much fun digging for seashells... also, the other renters were so friendly with a weekly Meet & Greet party with a different hostess each week on Wednesday.. many, many great restuarants in the entire area... also many snowbird clubs...Michigan the largest, others are Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana... great value on this unit compared to others.... Thanks Susan... also, deposit promptly returned within days... Gary & Sandy...Mich

Absolutely gorgeous area. The unit was spacious and clean. It provided our family with plenty of room, quick access to the beach and a pool for the kids. Close access to area stores and restaurants. We highly recommend this listing for a clean, quiet beach getaway for all families!!!
