Located conveniently to SanRoc Cay, Publix, Winn Dixie and other shopping, water parks, golf coures and restaurants.
This fully furnished unit provides comfortable coastal contemporary decor, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for you to relax and enjoy the sugar white sands on the beaches right out your door! A raised breakfast bar provides extra seating in the dinnig area. All kitchen appliances, dishware, kitchen utensils & accessories are provided. There is also plenty of space for storage.
The living room contains a new, flat screen TV and DVD player for your entertaiment. There is a large wrap around balcony with wonderful views of the beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.

There is also a flat screen tv and dvd player.
The third guest room contains a double bed with a large closet and dresser for storage along with a television set. All three bedrooms provide ample amounts of closet space for your needs.
