Security Deposit $300.
Pet Deposit: $250 ($100 Non-refundable)
Holiday Rate 20% Increase for Length of Stay.
September 15th thru May 1st: $300/weekend OR $425/week.
Off-Season Monthly Rate: $900/month + utilities (3-month minimum).
Seasonal (Memorial Day-Labor Day)....... $6500/3 months

Why the Owner Chose Millville
We purchased this particular home because we loved the location and the close proximity to the beach..we wanted others to be able to enjoy it too! So we changed it up a little; made the half bath a full bath and added a few upgrades to make it feel more like home!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is located in a very quiet community, where speed limits do not exceed 25 mph. Bicycle to local restaurants and shopping. Home is just 4 miles to downtown Bethany Beach! Denton Manor offers Water Rights through Banks Harbor Retreat. Its a very nice area, where you can relax and unwind.
