This four bedroom condominium offers the finest in accommodations on the Gulf Coast with its stunning views. The extra large tiled balcony provides for the ultimate in beach viewing, from sunrise to sunset.
This spacious condo is approximately 3500 sq.ft. with spectacular views of the gulf and wraparound balcony. It features a gourmet kitchen with wine cooler, double-sided sub-zero refrigerator, a rotisserie, and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom is located oceanfront and is quite spacious with floor to ceiling window view. The master bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a steam shower, a huge walk-in closet and separate toilet area.
We have a second master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bath. A third bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bath. And a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds (full on top & bottom) day bed with trundle and a full bath.
Mediterranean offers meeting room including a full kitchen and tables with chairs make it perfect for any meeting or family gathering. Also available is a exercise room providing treadmills, weight machines, free weights, sauna and showers...don't forget the eight-foot pool table. Guests also have access to the wonderful indoor and outdoor pools as well as wireless internet that is located in the parlors of the buildings.

Fabulous 502W

We are 60 something year old ladies and lifetime friends. We go on a Girl Trip each year and have gone to the Mediterra 502W for four years. It is by far the most luxurious place we have ever stayed! We have looked at other places..but always say “well it’s not the Mediterra 502W!” The wrap around balcony and views are fabulous, and the furnishings and decor is so very luxurious. The pictures do not do it justice! We also love that you can listen to music on the balcony from the Flora Bama next door and when you shut the double pane sliding doors it is quiet. We LOVE the 502W at the Mediterra!
Recommended for:Girls getaway.

This condo is amazing!!! The pictures don't do it justice. Just had a girl's weekend celebrating a 50th birthday and everybody had an wonderful time. Love it and can't wait to go back!
