We have found Hawaii to be a magical place, and we want as many people and families to experience the joy we have found here.
Our accommodations are clean, comfortable, and most importantly, reasonably priced - so the whole family can enjoy the beauty of our properties while exploring and experiencing the wonders of our island.
Enjoy 'Deep Hawaii' botanical gardens with hundreds of flowering plants and tropical fruits to enjoy (bananas, papaya, avocado, star apple, jack fruit, grapefruit, oranges, limes, lychees). Pick your fill of our tropical fruits during season. We are 20 minutes to Hilo and 30 minutes from Volcanoes National Park. We are near the Kapoho snorkeling ponds, Geothermal Hot Pools and the ocean. Great restaurants and shopping near-by.
Four Deep Hawaii vacation rental houses are located on our 2 acre fruit orchard and botanical garden in Hawaiian Paradise Park,10 miles south of Hilo. We have available a large studio that sleeps two people, a one bedroom with vaulted ceilings that sleeps up to six people, a two bedroom that sleeps up to six people, and a larger two bedroom house which sleeps up to six. Each vacation unit is very private, yet close by.

The Deep Hawaii Studio was the perfect compliment to a perfect vacation. The personal touch from Erica was greatly appreciated. I was there to drop my daughter off for her freshman year at the University of Hawaii. Erica was very helpful in making my daughter feel right at home, and saw to it that we had everything we needed to explore the island. About the owner: Hawaii has been a dream vacation, and wanted to make it a dream location to live. Hawaii offers an 'ALOHA' spirit that is enticing, and which , I believe brings visitors to our shores year after year, and i wanted to be a part of seeing how travelers enjoyed their stay here.
Why the Owner Chose Hilo:
Hawaiian Paradise Park is a very good location to get around easily to the many sites that travelers will enjoy. The two acre property is full of palms, croton, teas and many other flowering plants, and a such creates an atmosphere of seclusion - yet only 15 minutes away to shopping and restaurants of all types. The east side of Hawaii offers so much more than the west side, in terms ofaffordability and quantity of sights to experience and enjoy.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
Just about every guest has commented: 'I never expected so much beauty, and the pictures don't do justice to showing the accommodations.' People come, and soon they relax amid the tropical foliage and breezes. They wander the property, camera in hand, to photograph the hundreds of plants and trees, as well as birds, geckos and even insects that can be beautiful - like the Hawaiian Moth with a 6 inch wing span.
