  We truly enjoyed our stay in this pool home near the beach. The house was just as described on VRBO and VacationRentals.com. The home and pool area were very clean. The kitchen and sitting areas are very spacious. This was a great rental home for our group of 8. The owners and property managers are terrific; easy to contact and willing to make certain everything is in order. The close proximity to the beach was perfect for our vow renewal celebration. Pier Park is only minutes away and downtown Panama City is less than 30 minutes away. We highly recommend this rental property and we will certainly consider renting again in the future.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

  We really had a great time, the pool was great, the house was great. Time flew by and we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was very comfortable, we are still talking about. We invited relatives to share our experience with us from another state. They enjoyed their stay too. And the pool was terrific!The beaches were clear, not a sign of oil. This is a great vacation location. We are already planning our next vacation.to Panama City Beach.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  Rich and Brenda were awesome to work with; this was the first time I had rented a house for a family vacation and I can't imagine anyone being more helpful. The house was spacious, and the pool was awesome, it was close to the beach, a short walk even. Thanks for the experience!!!!

  I just wanted to say that our Family loved your Kelly Street house. It had everything we needed to have a great vacation minus the food. We enjoyed our stay there and would do it again if Jimi wants to rent it, we are all in. The house is beautiful and being so close to the beach was awesome. We used the pool and the patio a lot and the neighbors were friendly and let us pick oranges on Christmas day, how great is that? Thanks for letting us use your place for our Christmas. The house is set up nice and that big table was great for game nights and big dinners. Everything was great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay close to the beach with a homey atmosphere. 12/18/09 - 12/27/09

  What a beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay there. You are very nice people and your hospitality was awesome. Thanks for letting us get the extra day on such short notice. We will definately be renting your house again next year during bike week again!

  I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The house was perfect for our family reunion--plenty of room for the adults to hang out and relax and the kids had a blast in the pool. The short walk to the beach was nice as we had preschoolers tagging along. Also Rick was very nice and helpful in getting the pool heat going. Thanks again! When we plan another trip to Panama City Beach we will definitely be contacting you again!

  We stayed here in July of 07 for the baseball world series. This is a great location and we loved the home. The pool is a nice relaxtion spot after a busy day. We loved being able to walk to the beach... We will be coming again in 08 and hopefully we can find an opening at your beautiful home.

  What a great week we had at your house. It was just perfect. We loved the open kitchen and the covered screened in patio. Of course the kids loved the short walk to the beach and the grat pool. We can tell that you have spent a lot in updates and they look great. We dont think anything could have been better, all the ameneties of home away from home. Thanks for the memories.
