Built in 2006, our nearly new home has everything you'll need for a relaxing vacation. Best of all, Florida weather outlook remains sunny! Located in East/Central Florida, New Smyrna Beach is a 25-minute drive from the Daytona Beach Airport and about an hour from Orlando International Airport. It is ideally situated for exciting day trips all over central and north Florida including St. Augustine, Cocoa Beach, and Orlando. New Smyrna Beach is host to many great restaurants and shops. Treat yourself to a stress-free vacation in our clean, single-story, fully furnished home with attached 2-car garage and featuring a Florida room overlooking the 8th fairway. The master bedroom has a king size bed and adjacent roomy full bath with separate tub and shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin trundle beds and a large closet. A queen size air mattress is provided to comfortably sleep a total of 6 people. All appliances, linens, and a fully equipped kitchen are there for your convenience. After a round of golf, take a swim in the pool or relax on the beach just a 10-minute drive from Turnbull Bay. Downtown New Smyrna Beach features a drive-on beach area where you’ll also find quaint shops, cafes, and places to rent bikes or water boards. Launches from Kennedy Space Center can be seen from the beach!
